I'm sorry but Brazilian women like Caucasian men, so being Caucasian wouldn't "complicate" anything. On contrary being blonde / blueeyed is highly attractive to more than a few Brasileiras.

Bolsonaro won the election easily in Brazil and is called "Trump of the Tropics". So unless you go to "Venezuela", the Northern Brazil, there will be a fair share of people that have nothing against Trump.

Definitely not spam, trust me. My memory is just a little Hazy because it's been nearly 13 years and it was a heavy trip in terms of drinking (I my defense was only 19 at the time) but every hot girl I ran into in Copa bars clubs the beach etc (well apart from 1 girl) was clearly working. Since then I always just associated Copa as a place like Pattaya where all the girls there are working.

Any particular clubs in the Copa area you can recommend for Non P4P?

This is not true. The two sites were always separate sites and never "morphed" into being just one. There was, however, some "history" between the site owners if you will, which I won't go into. The guy who was running WSG at the time I arrived onto the scene went by "The Banker". It's unclear whatever happened to him, although I have heard some rumors, again which I won't go into. The site seemed to go down hill right around the time of the last big worldwide financial crisis starting in 2008. Whether or not there was any real connection to the demise of the site and the crisis, I do not know.

Traditionally, a pick-up without the exchange of cash relies upon both parties wanting to see each other again. If they are tourists, wouldn't the Brazilian women realize this wouldn't be a long-term thing.

So they are relying on so much sex appeal that the Brazilian women are not going to to able to resist this one-night fling. Of course most women find the dark-skinned suave-looking South American man more sexual than the Caucasian, so that is a complication.

So there needs to be some impressive characteristic or conversation starter to get the attention of the few ladies not plugged into the modern online world. There are no longer any Jukeboxes, so hitting the Jukebox in such a manner that a song plays with no cash payment like the Fonz on the TV show Happy Days is not an option.

They could consider strutting around the bars with bright red "Make America Great Again" caps as a conversation starter, but I have read that most Brazilians are not overly enthused with Trump, especially the younger female ones.

So I think the poster asking about free sex should just explain to them why this whole paying for sex thing has kind of caught on.

Or have them try to build a rapport weeks in advance online with a lady on Tinder or a similar app who demonstrates an interest in guys from the USA.

Couldn't agree more. The attitude irritates me but This wasn't a planned trip. Basically one of the guys who I am the closest with had suggested a few trips in the past and they all fizzled out so when he mentioned Rio I assume this was just more talk that would never lead to anything. A few months later he says "Norwegian Air have a sale we've all got tickets are you coming". I couldn't really say no LOL. Me and the (probably soon to be Mrs) have an uneasy understanding about my "hobby" but after some drama after my trips to Thailand she really kicks up a fuss about me having any more sex holidays so I haven't been anywhere of that nature since 2014. I agree people buy into the western media portrayal of people who pay for sex. We will be quite a diverse group tho- A welsh guy of African descent. An English and Italian Guy of African descent. Copacabana is nothing like it was back in 2007 when Help was open and Meia Pataca was the go to place in the afternoon as well as the beach across the street from the Rio Othon Palace hotel. Today that area is very low key, MP is a family restaurant now, the beach while you may spot a GDP here and there is not overflowing like it used to be.

You can probably stay in Copa which has more hotels and the beach and party in Lapa at night which seems to be a popular place for young single women these days.

Speaking of hookers, I hit VM on Sunday night.

I spent all of December in Europe exploring, and man did I miss Brazil! The girls mainly, of course.

I texted a few of my VM regulars, told them I was heading there.

Whilst Copa suits me just fine (I would probably prefer it), If Copa is still like it was back in 2007 then I do not know how many regular girls they are going to find in Copa. If know the Rio Government tried to tidy up Copa with the Olympics and World Cup (They closed Help which I only got to experience once, man that place is forever embedded in my memory). Have things reverted since the world's eyes left RIo? What do you people think about the chances of finding Non GDP action in Copa these days. . If you think the chances of this are low, are there any specific area's you would say were better in that regard to base ourselves in Ipanema, Lapa or Centro perhaps.
