A little late but just wanted to give a quick update on my recent trip.

Your questions are very basic, if you read back 100 pages you would be wasting your time, all you would learn is which is better Brazil or Colombia or Argentina or Thailand or how great Rio was 20 years ago or the political climate with the new President, many posters here have time to express their views in these unrelated topics rather than answer basic questions for what this thread is meant for. I'll answer some of your basic questions as best I can but I have a very narrow view of mongering in Rio because I really don't monger in centro like others here do.

This depends as all girls are different and your negotiating skills but a girl in Dolce Vita or Mabs might start at 400 or 500 reais and you should get her even lower like 300 or 400 reais. There are others here that would go lower and get lower but I don't know what their girls look like.

Sperto can answer this but seem to be little office spaces with cubes and a handful of mediocre girls maybe once in a while you'll find a nice one but these place are for the working Brazilian man their fast and cheap. Maybe 100 reais for 1/2 hour, others can verify.

You'll get a lot of different answers here, my tastes are very simple, I like to go out at night and find a girl so I would go out to Dolce Vita a night club in Copacabana or Mabs a bar restaurant in Copa as well.
