I haven't been in Rio for around 2 years, I like to stick to the recognised clubs, ie Centaurus, 4 x4 etc.

Which is the best these days?

All the tier 1 termas are on their knees. Waste of time. Cancun-full of fuglies. MC too. Solarium and Centaurus too. 4 x 4 super aggressive and no real dimes. Whoevers doing the talent scouting needs an optician or a lobotomy.

Go straight to the dark side and hopefully you'll never come back the same again.

I deal in trash termas. Lower tier. VM. Independents. Get some dirt under those manicured fingernails, some portuguese out the mouth and the prices drop like panties.

Don't let these hoes game anyone. Play them at their own game.

Before I even read the article I was thinking "I wouldn't drive in Rio either because I don't just the GPS system". If I remember correctly, a some tourists were shot a couple of years ago because their GPS system brought them into a favela.

That is such a shame. I have friends who live very near that small favela and it is not a particularly bad area. It is not unusual in Rio and has been the case for years that motorcycles are stolen right from under the rider.

A tourist riding a motorcycle around Rio is pretty much the same as a tourist wearing a Rolex while walking the beach in Copacabana.

Apparently locals were trying to stop the Italians going in, saying stop in Portuguese. But of course they didn't understand. I guess these two simply didn't know much about Rio because anyone who knows the place will tell you to be very fucking careful in a lot of places, nevermind in and around a favela.

Body objected but couldn't stop myself hitting Copa tonight. Originally wanted to go to Monte Carlo but Google told me it was shutting at midnight so that wasn't going to work.

Decided on Barbarella after fond memories from a long time ago. Yes I know pricey but I wanted a quick sure fire take away before going to bed. Only one other guy in there and around 15 girls at first. Both numbers increased slowly. The problem with these places is you give the girls the slightest look they are onto you like a rat up a drain pipe, so rejected a few advances before eventually settling for a dusky type that took my fancy. Paid over the odds 450 reais for a couple of hours for the girl, 100 for the motel and 170 for a handful of beers and cover at Barbarella. Will be more aggressive on cash next time round.

Anyway, the girl (from Minerais Gerais) was a passionate fuck with a body made for sex. Was surprised to unravel a pair of beautiful natural hooters (was expecting falsies). Tried to squeeze me for some more $ for the second round to which I said no chance (she relented). Was a pleasant couple of hours regardless.

Some of you veterans may think the Rio scene has died, but compared to elsewhere the girls are still unbeatable IMO. God I fucking love Brazil.

Hit the streets last night in Rio!

A few boates on and just off Uruguaiana in Centro, then VM.

Each boate had it's share of a couple hotties, however, I was looking for something special.

Ended up with the girl from Brasilia that I've been wanting in U212.

It's definitely not my favorite night of the week for VM.

One of the tricks to VM is knowing which of the little places have the nicer rooms and which to avoid.

There is one little place in particular that I will not return to.

The girls often seem to be thieves, and the dude running the place is a jerk.

There are a couple places as well where the Tia is sweet, and the rooms are nice, by VM standards anyway, LOL.

Sorry, English isn't my first (or second or third) language. Sometimes I choose the wrong words. I'm propably just tired of those lurkers who wants to suck out information from the forum and give nothing back. Information that might have cost countless of hours walking the streets, knocking on doors and test-f*cking GPs. The forum used to be a place where you actually exchanged information instead of just being a lurker. IMO lurking is a serious crime to the monger-scene.

The New Year shows: Elba Ramalho, Alceu Valença, Geraldo Azevedo and Leo Jaime. IMO, less impressing than previous years.
Because of the crisis the celebration will be with a smaller format compared to previous years. This year there will only be one stage.

Went to the dark side last night.

Stopped at Afrodite first- young girl alert as soon as I entered the boate.

Never seen girls this young there. Time to bounce. Not my bag. If gets raided. Bad news. By association.

Went to T31-was bumpin like bad skin.

I think I went a little "Too BIg" wthen purchasing alcohol in duty free. I bought 4 bottles and so far I have only opened 1. Does anyone know if you can bring duty free bottles back on the plane if you still have the receipt? Or will I be forced to give these three bottles away as Christmas presents?

You can salvage the situation by just walking into any of those little shops that sell loose item such as candy, snacks, alchohol, etc. Work out a deal with them. I have done this before, granted that was a couple of years ago when economy was in better shape.

I had some bottels of J. Walker green label, and I actually made a profit on them. It was somewhere in Copa neighborhood. Good luck!
