I've been here in Rio for about a week. Before Brazil I spent several months in Medelland (Colombia) and in Caracas (Venezuela). The first thing I did, once I arrived in Brazil, was to start my usual "job" on Tinder.

After a week, despite having the Platinum membership, I only got about ten matches. In Colombia and Venezuela for the same period I would have obtained at least a hundred.

Usually to get PREP it is mandatory to do a HIV test first, which is for a good reason. If someone uses PREP and is already HIV positive it will limit treatment options of the actual disease.
