To make matters even worse my girlfriend was late for her flight out of Goiania this morning. I had told her the other day to check in online for the flight. Did she listen. No. Had she done that she would have still been able to make the flight. The guy said all she could do was come back tomorrow and catch a flight that would get her here at 6 tomorrow night. That puts us 2 days behind our schedule. Live and learn.

Today was a perfect example. I arrived in Natal last night at 1 am and got an Uber to the hotel in Ponta Negra for 73 reais. I had booked a rental car to be picked up today at 10. The cost was 2296 reais for 11 days with me returning it in Salvador.

I woke up today at 11 and got ready and walked over to the car rental place at 12. I made sure to bring my tablet where I had my reservation screenshotted. Sure enough I got there and she didn't have the reservation. So I showed her in my tablet. She said if I don't show up within 1 hour of when I had reserved the car, then the reservation is canceled. So it is not like anywhere else where you are giving a general time of when you are picking it up. They expect you to be there at 10 or 11 at the latest. So even if your flight is late, too bad, so sad.

I spent Christmas in Bangkok / Pattaya, Cambodia, and Vietnam. I should first say I have a thing for Latinas, probably not so much for Asians. If you're into Asians, by all means go to Thailand. I hope you like Russians, because they're everywhere- loud, drunk, and obnoxious. There are a ton of girls, and there are some beauties. That being said, both Bangkok and especially Pattaya are tourist traps of the first order. I far preferred Vietnam and Cambodia in all respects to Thailand.

Like you and BMo814, I have deep love for Latinas and I have to thank Brasil for introducing me to them. Since that very first Brasil trip, I have been to other central and south american countries, like Costa Rica, Dominican republic and Colombia. But I find myself always coming back to Brasil. For me, from my experiences, the Brazilian women are a notch above everyone else.

Asian women are way down at the bottom of my list. My second trip to Thailand happened late last year. The only reason I was there was B/ CI couldn't find any cheap flights to Cambodia. I was in Bangkok for a week then spent the rest of my trip in Phenom penh, Cambodia. Bangkok was full of tourists and I felt like it has lost much of its Thai identity. I don't think I'll ever go back to Thailand anytime soon. For a less touristy and more authentic trip, I recommend going to Cambodia. I find Cambodian women cuter than the Thais and Filipinos. And the Cambodian people are some of the most friendliest I have ever met, especially in the countryside. But whatever you do, avoid crossing the Thailand / Cambodia border by bus if possible. Its cheaper than flying for sure but the border crossing procedure is very crazy and confusing. As for the Philippines, I have been there twice and spent most of my time in Angeles City. But I had a very hard time finding even decent looking girls. But I do feel its easier to find girls who are willing to do BBFS in the Philippines.
