You might get an impression that topless was popular and widespread in Rio, but that's not the case. RioBob has put a lot of hard work managing filming all those bare tits, keep the videos coming.

I don't think topless was ever really popular on Rio beaches in general, I have never seen topless except for some putas and European tourists. I have heard that going topless in Rio is against the law but not really enforced, maybe this is why I have never seen it in Ipanema or Copa except in front of the Othon Palace or once I saw in front of Caesar Park and I wasn't sure if they were putas or tourists.
