I too have known her for about 3 years, and she has always been this way. But she is fun to talk to, and yes her teeth are much better now.

I consider her a good friend. She has always been willing to run errands for me, and help me out when I needed it. As a matter of fact, the first 4 days I knew her she tried to help me find a pretty girl at Help for R$150 TLN. That is so funny! I've had dealings with this girl for about 3 years. A few years ago she had some horrible teeth and was quite nice. Since then she has gotten them fixed which greatly improved her looks (from about a 6 to a 9 I would say) she has become quite a pain in the butt. Lots of rules and wants lots of cash. She tries to lock you into multiple days.

I'll be in Rio 1-15 are you still going to be there.
