I've only been to SP a couple of times but both times I had fun at Cocktail. However, I have to qualify my recommendation a bit:

1. I've always go with a local guy that's well known there so I suspect I get treated well because of the company I keep.

2. I spend most of my SP time with one of the dancers from there so I suspect that also improves the way I'm treated.

3. I've been there twice and spent $R300-400 each time on drinks for my party over the course of 3-4 hours and everybody gets tipped. People that run clubs like people that spend money in clubs.

In other words, my experience may not be typical. There are a fair number of 5-6 rated girls there but there have always been at least a few girls other than my namorada that I thought were pretty hot. Pretty hot live sex and lesbian shows.

No idea what it will cost you. I don't pay a bar fine and I give my girl $R300/day but I'm a soft touch, she's a sweetie, and I love to see her smile. I also get as much of her time as I want.

Thursday night is a better club night than Friday so make the most of it.

The private houses are the best bargain in SP. Both times I've gone to "The Yellow House" and gotten an excellent double. I think it was like $R160 for an hour.

Visit one of the high end malls. Loaded with really cute girls. A smooth talker with some time could do well I'm guessing. I'm neither so don't know from personal experience.

I take a taxi everywhere. It's not a city to be wandering the streets at night. Paranoid? Perhaps. But better than being stupid and getting robbed.

The Bait and Switch Problem (SP Internet options);

My two cents. Never get a girl from the SP websites unless you can see her face. If you can't 90% chance that it is a bait and switch. Sadly some of the best bodies pictures don't show the faces meaning that like me you might get suckered. All depends on whether the girl that shows is acceptable or not but that is just a gamble (might be a 10 might be a ZERO).

Second rule of thumb, do a google search on the phone number. If the same number belows to more than one girl, then it is an agency and even if it shows the face of the girl on the advertisement, well because it is an agency, who knows, might be a bait and switch or might not. Even pressing the point that you will not accept the girl unless it is the same girl from the pictures seems to deter them. I guess they just figure you will probably play anyway as long as the girl is acceptable.

So really, if you want to know what you are getting, either go for girls that show the faces and whose number doesn't also belong to 2 or 3 other girls or go the massage clinicas and/or the boates.

Here is my understanding of the massage clinicas. Some of them like Antares and Abbobora are "massagens completa" meaning that the girl with have sex with you for the money that you pay the house (although I don't know if she will do only one pop or more).

Others such as Francebel, Celcenter, and the Palms work on a don't ask, don't tell and that if you only paid the house fee you are most likely only going to get a handjob at the end (because the girl expects a presentinha (small gift of money) to do full service. However, I write "most likely" as it appears to you have been lucky to get full service (if this occured at Francebel, Celcenter, or the Palms) for just paying the house fee and without paying a presentinha to the girl.

If I'm incorrect please someone correct this. That was just based on my own experience, reading their website info, and the local reviews at gpguia.

Okay, guys. This is getting serious.

I am scheduled to arrive in Sao Palo Thursday morning. I've got Thu. and Fri. to myself. What a deal.

Only problem, I'm just not smart enough to decipher the information on this board. If Jackson lived here (like he does in Bs As), I bet there would be a remedial section for people like me.

Bomboa's. Sounds like a terma in RIO. I've seen prices all over the place. For entrance, an above average chica on premises, afternoon/evening hours, what can I expect to spend?

I am a bit confused by Photo55´s report on Francebel. It resembles other reports Ive seen here.

Heres the problem. I have never paid double for the girl and the room at the clinicas. I only paid the 120, 140, or whatever at the front desk.

Do you offer this "tip"? Do they ask you for it? Do you ask them "how much" before you try? This is not just for Photo55, I m curious about any of you who have paid 150 for the room, and then another 150 for the girl (or whatever the cost was).

Have Ive been lucky or are you guys making a mistake? Lets figure it out. If you are paying double and dont have to, lets help you figure it out. If Im just getting lucky, I need to get back out there in a hurry before my luck changes...ha ha.

Another question!

Anyone know any of these girls? They were all Coelhinhas in recent Playboy magazines. Occasionally these girls turn out to be garotas de programa (so far I have spotted three that work the SP scene). Whether you go to the Postcard of Brazil (Rio) or the credit card of Brazil (Sao Paulo) you will get some of best sex.

Having traveled to over 25 countries and mongered in almost all… hands down Brazil is The Best. Granted I have a special liking for Latin chicks but who doesn’t!!!! Columbia and Cuba are other two great places but the setup in Brazil is makes it the best.

If you are new to Sao Paulo and don’t speak Portuguese (like me) I would recommend the following: visit contatos.com.br. Generally (80% of the time) the girl that shows up at the door is the one you saw online. While on phone I survive with the following

Generally they will call the reception and get the name of hotel etc. Watch out for mclass.com.br. The girl look stunning on the website courtesy of Photoshop. Typically pay between 100-300; for ST to LT

If you wanna have few drinks meet lots of girls and then pick the one of your liking

Bahamas – very good experiences so far. You end up paying R$200-300 1hr for the girl, another R$300 to the place (entrance, room, etc). Rooms are good.

Café Photo – slightly upscale. Good place to hang around and drink. I personally think the girls are other places are more beautiful and provide better service. But the girls at Café Photo are very well dressed. No rooms at café photo, hence you have to take the girl out. It is about R$150 to enter (many times they have specials) and about R$300-500 for the girl. The girls try to price the service in USD. When in Brazil talk R$ and USD

Kiltz – used to be really good but the quality has gone down big time. But good volume. If you wanna see live fucking or lesbians act to music.... this is the place.

Milanari – lower standard but cost effective. R$40 with 4 beers gets you in. Few really nice girls can be found. Rooms are average (R$50 for 1 hr). Try Elly she is very good with her hands and mouth
Millennium – I hear there was a shoot out. R$ to enter (includes 7 beer, free dinner). Tue is Bikini night (all girls wear bikinis), Wed is Dress night. The girls are nice and it is R$150-200 for an hr. Rooms are good (R$50) with Jacuzzi.

Love story – Girls from various clubs after work (after 4 am) head out to Love story. The place really picks up after 4am. Very crowded place with hardly any space to move, forget dance. Mainly two types of girls are found – 1. who had good business that night and are just chilling out with friends and 2. those who didn’t get any business (typically bottom of the barrel). If you are not a local I would recommend that you go with a friend for the first time

The street action is at Rua Agusta. This is a very interesting street. Lots of girls looking for business on the street and the every second shop/bar have girls for taking.

Sometime you can find a real gem.

Found the name of the flat I was looking for. It is called Blend Flat. Address is Rua Monte Aprazível, 109 - Vila Nova Conceição. Generally girls at Cafe Photo will try to steer you there if you are going to a motel. Nice facilities. I have been to Hotel Chevalier. Between the two, Blend is more expensive but I think has cleaner, nicer facilities than Chevalier. Blend is owned by the Cafe Photo folks (hence the name Blend, ie a blend of coffee). Thanks though for the help.

The flat/motel/hotel you are referring to might be Hotel
Chevalier. I am not sure of the location and address,
but the garotas from Cafe Photo or Romanza will try
to talk you into going there as it is owned by the same
owners as Cafe Photo and Romanza. It works like a
motel with rentals by the hour, porn flicks on the TV
and you can bring in as many garoatas as you like.

Apparently a previous owner of Cafè Photo and
Donna Cafe called Carlos has opened a new boite
called Han'ei Sushi Bar with ex-Romanza, ex-Photo
and ex-Donna Cafe girls working there. The staff
are from Donna Cafe. As the name suggests they
serve sushi. I am not sure about the exact address,

Balneario Club is the old Relax club. The drinks and rooms are very inexpensive, and I believe I paid the girl R$100 each as they were so much fun.

Was in Sao Paolo for a day a few weeks ago.

I checked out "Love Story"...low quality girls...many girls seemed to be regular chicks dancing for the night. Just the same, I didn't see many lookers there.

I was wondering about "Jardim America"...where is it located?

Also, some guy at Love Story told me to check out a place called "Bahamas" ...any reports on this one? Location?

I checked out "Romanza"...extremely cool setting. Facility is 4 to 5 stars...women not as many stars. Overall, not worth the money if you're just hunting tail.

I could see killing an hour at Romanza with some buddies...just to start a night on the town. Not a "Main Attraction" kind of place...maybe just a place to warm up.

General commentary on this experience:

That was my first attempt at trying to monger SP and it was not as fruitful as Rio. I always hear Paulistas are the most beautiful; I had my hopes up (among other things). I was disappointed...but I think it was because I didn't know where to look. There is also the small matter of day time diversions. Rio has a beach. SP has, {what does it have to do in the day time?}
