How about around Easter. Good Friday?

Wondering if May is a good time to visit?

If not, what other month is a good time to visit.

Also reading about Scandallo and other clubs, what's the going price for entrt / girls / room?

I will be arriving in Sao Paulo in April and this will be my first time in Brazil. I'm looking to gather some basic intel.

My friends told me that SP is a nice city with lots of upscale establishments, but not a lot of touristy things to do. I'm arriving in SP because it's cheaper to fly there than RDJ, and because my brief amount of research is leading me to believe that SP is probably the best city in Brazil for mongering. Is this true? Is it even better than RDJ?

What are the best websites / apps to use to meet non-pro girls? Would it be Tinder, Facebook, Seeking Arrangements, or something else?

I've found a few good looking websites for meeting professionals. One in particular is:

    https://garotacomlocal.com/acompanhantes/sao-paulo-sp/

Is this a trustworthy website with realistic pictures? I didn't see it mentioned in the "Sao Paulo. Directory" thread so I'm not sure.

And since everybody is comparing Brazil to Colombia now, I'd just like to state that Medellin is great, but I had to try something new after my last visit was marred by flakey facebook girls and the prevalence of those god awful butt-surgeries. Even though it's commonly called the "Brazillian butt lift" I've heard that it is less prevalent in Brazil than it is in many places in Colombia. I hope that's true.

I like slender girls with a natural body (boob jobs are fine), and a darker skin tone, and in Colombia I found that those types of girls were undervalued compared to their fair-skinned, silicone-loaded counterparts. I hope that my tastes are as advantageous in Brazil as they are in Colombia.

Literally. However, you wouldn't see this in effect, if you were never there.
We were discussing Medellin. Nounce brought that up and I replied. I'm currently in MDE and have spent more time here than you. Based on what you wrote in one of your recent posts (about "no mongering scene in El Centro and Parque Lleras" I have come to the conclusion that you have no freaking idea about mongering in MDE.

I already have formed my opinion so I am going to take advantage of it. I think the people talking about paradise, or living a fantasy have formed the conclusion too but I don't think your conclusion is final yet. Often we miss thing only after it's gone. I am curious to know do people mention "regret" when Hope was around?

Cheap flights? I can't vouch for other cities, but roundtrips from Miami have never been so expensive as they are right now. American Airlines want $650 (economy, 3. 5 HR flight), WTF? Even JetBlue and Spirit are $400-$500 and up. For years flights from Miami were around $200-$250 tops, roundtrip.

You might have a point there. Until their recent demise, Medellin based Viva was flying out of Miami. These past visits in recent month I saw more foreign tourists there than in the past as well as African American men, which I never used to see in Colombia. Note that Viva went under recently. I guess the "Spirit Airlines" of Colombia didn't have the staying power. I caught my flight to GRU on Viva and I must say I won't miss those hard seats. Way too hard to be using for a 6-hour flight. But, still a value and I was planning to take Viva back to Colombia.

You'd have to be there to begin with

You won't see an change in the supply, if you were never there in the first place. It's like these people who go to prives or clubs that are mentioned here, and they say "I didn't see anything there". Of course, they didn't see anything there. Because they were never there in the first place, and you are no different in that respect.

Yes, supply and demand is in effect in this industry in South America. I have had a first hand view of it, recently. Went and spent three days in the Praia Grande / Sao Vincente area to hang out with a cute woman I met on Insta. She never put out for me, but we have stayed friends and she actually introduced me to another pretty lady who is a better match for me. Though that has yet to come to fruition. But, to the point, I went looking for my options on Photoacompanhates and found there was a slew of attractive girls in the range of 100-150 reais. Not what I'd expect in a tourist town. This is the greater Santos metropolitan area, just over the hills from Sao Paulo, where the media price is twice as much. I ended up leaving early and heading down to Florianopolis, where I am well acquainted with a lovely "terapista" who specializes in nuru massage with an oral finalization!

BTW, Florianopolis is the epicenter of the nuru / tantra scene in Brazil. There seems to be a steady supply of pretty but crazy young women who think that they are doing some sacred or holistic ritual through tantric massage or nuru, which they assert is pure therapy ore an exercise in spiritualism and in no way is it sex or prostitution. I think if you charge me 300 - 500 reais to slather my body in oil and rub your young nubile body on mine and make me cum, it is at least sexual. But, don't tell them that.

However, I decided to check out what the pure mongering scene was about. To my surprise there wasn't a lot to find on PA, and though there were more girls listed other websites focusing more on Santa Catarina and the region, the overall body count was low for a metropolitan area of that size. And I guess that is why prices were more on a Sao Paulo range. Starting at 150 and on up to 400. I was surprised, but maybe I shouldn't have been. There was the consolation that all these girls have their own place to work out of, and you don't need to pay for love hotel, as some of the prissy SP girls will mandate. But, that is probably because there are very few love hotels on the island of Florianopolis itself. The few I found were very expensive, though lavish. So, the women can't throw the burden of paying for a room on the client and thus have to absorb that cost for a workspace. And real estate ain't cheap on Floripa. There were few brothels on the island itself. There was a gentlemens club close to where I stayed, which I read was very nice but expensive. Used to be two prives at the end of the pedestrian commercial district of centro, on Rua Tiradentes and Rua Felipe Schmidt and there were young people (including young women) handing out small flyers for them nearby. However, its down to one now and it was never open when I went by. You have to go over the bridge to Sao Jose if you want more brothels and not surprisingly they are more abundant and cheaper, as is the selection of independent GPS. Yes, Economics 101. Literally. However, you wouldn't see this in effect, if you were never there.

There are many ponds to play in. You will have to go read Medellin thread to see if you can find one you like. I will send you the links to different ISG members' posts privately.

For shorter term and for new visitors, Brazil is better. Longer term, like months, I think Medellin probably will be better.

I think people are expecting inflation to increase consistently across the board. Food, hotels, hookers, etc.

We were just talking on the Montreal thread that freelancers that were charging 350-400 Canadian dollars pre-Covid are now charging 500-600. (For several years, Canada essentially has legalized sex transactions conducted privately.).

Anyone who has done business in inflationary environments knows its easier to raise prices. The girls are testing these limits. I suspect things will stabilize. When the global money printing orgy is far behind us, we will get more rational mongering prices. I believe the Brazilian Central Bank was printing quite a bit of money during the pandemic.

    Brazil Rules

I'll keep it a bit briefer than Socrates but having been to both I totally align with his friends. My experience in Colombia is:

    1. The clubs suck and are a tourist trap ripoff.

    2. Facebook girls are easy and plentiful and fairly cheap.

    3. The Facebook girls can't hold a candle to your average Brasileira whenbit comes to GFE. Weak BJ, light to moderate DFK and you can clearly tell they are there to "do their job". Whereas as has been pointed out numerous times, Brasileiras rule here.

    4. Did have one gem that a friend referred me to. But that was the exception not the rule.

I have friends that swear by Colombia. Most have not been to Brasil. 😋 But for my money Brasil stomps Colombia and frankly is the finest garota venue on planet earth.

I have been to Colombia. A lot! And what your friends tell you is true. Plus there's what you already know. I'm like them. I would never choose Colombia over Brazil. At least not the way things stand now. And there's nothing "wrong" with that.
