Nope. You definitely don't need a blazer. A pair of nice jeans and a nice polo shirt is good enough. I think being clean and smelling good is more important. Some restaurants charge a service charge so you don't need to tip unless the service was amazing. If the restaurant doesn’t add a service charge, then 10-15% is more than enough. Tipping the girls is your choice after the deed. Please do not tip the girls for just sitting and talking.

I would recommend brazilian food such as Churrascaria like Barbacoa or Fogo do chao. Barbacoa is located in Itaim Biti, great area to stay and there may restaurant tne shops. Fogo to chao, you can find in may places in SP. The way it works is like this. You get a seat and you have a card / plat with Green and Red color in the back. You use it to indicate you want to be serve with meats as the staff keep bringing different type of part of the meats. If it is Green, then they will offer it, but when you want to pause and digest what you already have, you turn it to Red so they don't bother you offering more.

The price is not that expensive but not cheat. If you meet some girls, you may propose having a dinner on those places, and then enjoy the time together. That experience may help you be more close to the girl and then you get GFE experience.

I am coming to SP for only the second time. The first time was for a job interview and I only got a couple Clínicas in (Abbabora and Tangara. Reports in the forum from a few years ago). I am 65 and have sp girlfriends that want to keep touch from 19 to 40. I do make sure I am clean, do not use any smelly stuff and treat them nice. I do not give out extravagant money but will help where I can. Last trip I took down a few nice back packs and gave them. They really liked that. My first wingman there was 70 and he was really loved.

Point is sp women appear to honestly like and revere older american men. In the good ole USA I am invisible.

I was at the Claro store in that mall and they processed the payment at the pharmacia. Have no idea why. But just went along with it. The contract doesn't show my passport number or any CPF number.
