These drink prices in scandallo are similar. Other drinks are cheaper and beers are 20 r.

The usual cover all night is 30 r without consumption or 50 r with all consumption. Just say 30 or 50 to them in Portuguese or English and they will know. Much cheaper than Scandallo's cover. I don't know if it ever increases for special events.

Got it, thanks. I think the girls get a kind of commission when you buy them drinks. They always handed their card to the bartender with mine in the club, and in the hotel I saw the bartender pass 10 $ back to the girl. Will keep in mind that the girl likely wants to order the more expensive drinks and play accordingly.

Went to Prime today, had a pretty mediocre 1 HR session. 1 pop, CBJ, no kissing. Girl was hot and enthusiastic otherwise so can't complain too much, but just a lesson that I need to screen more I guess.

FYI tests are not available at pharmacies here, you have to go to the public places.

I waited 5+ hours to get tested positive a few days ago.

You can buy the Ellume test in stores and get this televideo service to monitor the testing for $20 (not including the test). Though I couldn't find anyplace with it in stock.

Even in June last year in height of delta in SP, there wasn't a problem in getting an antigen test in SP. But in the USA, starting this last Saturday private insurance is required to pay for 8 self home antigen tests per person per month. For a self test to be valid for travel, you need to take the test on televideo to a service and they will send you a report in 20 minutes. I ordered 6 BinaxNOW tests For $150 + 30 for overnight shipping from emed.com I expect to get reimbursed by my insurance since my insurance did not put a price max per test (not sure if all insurance are the same). Even if not reimbursed it will be $30 per test. The emed.com service is one recommended by United airlines. I will try it a few weeks and let people know if it works.

COVID cases are sharply arising again in Brazil as in the rest of the world presumably due to omicron. My guess it's a few weeks behind the US. So Paulo as a city has been very good in masking and vaccination. I don't remember temp check or vaccination checks in Scandallo with no social distancing nor mask wearing. It's a sex club which tends to attract people who are not risk averse. Each person has to judge what risk they are going to take. Being vaccinated with booster, your chance of needing hospitalization or dying is very very low with omicron. There is a greater chance of testing positive and unwanted being stuck in Brazil. Private hospitals in SP are really good. Albert Einstein Israelite hospital is the best hospital south of the US.

Most people at the establishment aren't wearing masks. I know a guy that caught Covid his 3rd day clinica hopping and he wore a mask in the lobbies. Even though most Brazilians are vaxxed its almost as bad as last year.

In the hotel area I paid 85 $ for a gin and tonic which seems outrageous. Not sure if I was getting ripped off. It's not a large amount of money for us tourists but I don't like feeling like I got taken advantage of. Is this normal?

I don't think you got ripped off. The girls probably drank Red Bull or tropical gin and they are expensive. If you stick to the beer, it's much cheaper.

Just got back from Casarao, had a pretty fun evening.

Entry was 50 $ and consumable was 50 $ (I believe, didn't really understand what they were saying). Ended up sessioning with two girls, the first for half an hour for 250 and the other for an hour for 450. The last one was insanely hot, crazy good body and fucked really well though I didn't get the sense that she was 100% into it. Both girls were quite attractive. I will probably repeat with the last one.

Cleared my inbox, was totally taken aback by the messages of support. I got in a bar fight with some punks. Unfortunately one was the son of a Policia Federal Inspector and the other was the son of a politician. Luckily the bar had a video that clearly showed that I was not the aggressor. Had to pay for the tables and chairs that were damaged. Charges were dropped.

I'm 5'7", 62 kilos and 65 yrs old. Moral of the story. Don't fuck with the US Navy!

Blue Pub, they have big screens on each floor, Guinness on draft. IMHO best place in Brasil to meet non-pros. If it's your first time there bring some ID so they can get you their system. Order the Fish and' Chips!
