SP has a large Japanese population, largest Japanese population outside of Japan. Sizeable Korean population in SP too. So yeah, you'll see about 15-20% Asians in Scandallo. Because of this, SP has some very good Sushi restaurants. On the same level as in USA or Asia.

I highly doubt they are Asian tourists from Asia since they have strict covid entry requirements when returning back to their country. Most of the Asians from USA will just go to Rio and skipped out SP.

Yes, I am definitely aware of SP having the largest Japanese diaspora outside of Japan and have reported on this several times. The Asian men in the conversation with Gabriella specifically mentioned Chinese and Korean, and thought perhaps this could be an interesting trend to watch.

I strongly concur with seor Everythingblue! I think his is advice is spot on about avoiding the pros who speak English with a high proficiency. Not only do they tend to quote higher prices for their gringo clients but the ones who have traveled to Europe for "work" are oftentimes noticeably more hardened from being in the industry for such a lengthy tenure that they do eventually become a bit jaded and perform more mechanical in bed. This is just my experience. I've got one rule that I never stray from and that's if a garota speaks English or mentions having previously traveled to Europe at some point then I run for the hills. Things are looking up on my adventures.
