The Moema clinicas are not far. The Sao Paulo fears are a bit overdone if you follow sensible, secure precautions. I would consider just taking an Uber or even better AltoBomGosto will take you hunting clinica girls in his car for a very reasonable rate. Wouldn't worry about the jealous husband / BF that much. The majority of the involved / married GDPs I've dealt with were the main bread winners in the relationship. Hell, I had a regular GDP in Rio whose husband would pass her the phone when I called!

Ha! So after just being back in touch and starting some plans, I read on her Instagram today that she just got engaged! She looks so happy. I wish her well. I really do care for her so I am smiling and crying all at once. Surely it has saved me from some pain in the long run so I am grateful.
