Posts: 310Sao Paulo: First time recap
I saw 7 garrotas over my 11 days for a total of 11 encounters.
The bottom line is this. If I had one week left to monger and could only pick one venue it would be Scandallo. If I lived in SP I'the go once a week just to have dinner and scout around.
Things I did before leaving:
Got a visa. Use the vfs. Global website and ignore the other paid sites that come up when you google. Cost is about $40 US and mine took about 5 days from application to when I got the visa via email. It's good for a year.
Registered for Gpguia. I posted about this earlier; my first encounter with the porto alphabet. Gpguia was not as helpful as I expected. It did save me from picking a hot one at Miruna who had bad reviews. And I think it should be somewhat worthwhile for indy escorts although I didn't have time to explore that side of the scene. Even then, I think there are a lot of the ficha rosa wannabe types who don't have reviews. Next time for sure.
Studied a little Portuguese. I did this because Steve96969 insisted and because he's right. Got the Pimsler stuff from the Library so at least I could say "Disculpe eo nao falu porto muito bem, fala ingles o espanol? That and google goes a long way. I found the orthography (how the work is written vs how it sounds) difficult like English or French. I mostly stubbled around and used google and a bit of Spanish but anyone telling you you'll be fine using Spanish is wrong.
Contacted AltoBomGusto. Having a local who can speak both English and Porto and who knows the scene is worth it to me. Plus ABG is a funny and amiable wing man. He has his preferences like everybody but he's tolerant of other points of view. He suggested one day that we grab a couple of clinca girls and make a date for a swingers club. Next time for sure.
Downloaded Uber and WhatAp. I don't use either at home much but they are essential in Brasil.
I went to Tangara, Miruna, Brooklin clinicas and to Bomboa, Scandallo and Chanes for clubs. I think I've reviewed most of the noteworthy encounters earlier but here is the roster:
Mariah at Tangara.
Ana Carolina at Scandallos.
Sara at Scandallos.
Bianca at Brooklin. This was my worst experience. She used a minor blemish I have as an excuse to give bad service. Good looking. Damage was 220 reals and I really should have complained. Rookie mistake.
Babyfat (name is Carine actually) at Scandallos.
Babyfat and Amiga Fest X2.
The scene is so varied and deep that there is sure to be something for every taste. You could stay a month and only scratch the surface. Thanks as always to all who were so generous with their posts, especially Steve9696, Rovnak, Kcrl01, The Cane, Marshal Earp and RIP GhengisKahn who's posts years ago first put it in mind that Sampa was a world class destination.
Some random pictures attached.

Fifteen years ago, I would run into obviously mulata women in Brazil. Some would say they weren't mulata nor would they identify as black. Back then, I have the impression racial identity was not as deeply ingrained. I believe racial identity has become more prominent in Brazil the last several years.
This is just an observation from my experiences in Brazil.

Not one told me they were mulata or mixed. So I'm thinking it's mental self perception thing more so than a straight genetic classification thing.
My conclusion: What your eyes are telling you is not necessarily what's happening in what you're looking at's self perception. Or maybe they were just telling the stupid Gringo what they thought he wanted to hear. Considering were both naked and were making small talk before the buzzer sounds and maybe they're hoping that they can get an extra program out of me. I don't know!
Also, from a historical perspective there was a time in Brasilian history when the African enslaved population was in the majority. So the white folk had to step gently at times. Joseph Conrad's "Heart of Darkness," although it takes place in Africa is in actuality a literary adaption of a time in Brazilian history when a slave revolt was so successful, they had their country in Nordeste for over a hundred years. Only after years and years of attempts from the government were they conquered with help from the Dutch & British. Technically, it was a World War in South America against a Black nation.
So in order to answer your question I will need to return to the field in order to gather more data. It's a tough job but someone has to do it!
Cheers.

As I said I get pussy addled brain easily and when I do, I get sloppy. Don't think I'm condoning this kind of behavior, especially in one of the largest cities in a foreign country, I'm not. But I'm also showing you that not every lapse need be a disaster and that danger isn't lurking everywhere in Brazil either. People are sincere and helpful too.
The girls give me a ride from Lush back to my Airbnb. Kim Kardasian is asking if about tomorrow, but I'm vague. I've already decided that if I'm seeing anyone its babyfat alone. My flight leaves very late tomorrow so maybe I'll hit Tangara and hang out with ABG during the day or have babyfat over to the apartment before I check out or maybe not see anybody.
Now when you check into these love motels, they take your passport when you check in and give it back to you when I check out. I have a passport card I use and leave my actual passport locked in my room. I realize that I left the card in KKs car when she drove me back. I send her a whatsap, she finds it but now I'm on the hook for another dupla with her and babyfat. Expensive mistake. We do negotiate a shorter time (2 hours) and lower rate (800 Reals). The session is a replay of the day before but one advantage is they were more comfortable with a camera so I've got a nice porno to wank away to when I'm stuck in sex prison. But I realize I left the camera at the hotel! I'm a fucking idot. So I uber out to Asturias and ask if they found it. Sure enough they have it returning it in ziplock baggie. By the way I preferred Astrurias to Lush.

Pardos which are colloquially subdivided into o mulata (descendentes de brancos e negros), cabocla (descendentes de brancos e ameríndios), cafuza (descendentes de negros e indígenas) ou mestiça (multi-ethnic. But generally used for mixes of asian and something else or indiginous and something else).
But not all of these terms are used equally in common speech. As you can see from the escort sites the most commonly used are branca, morena, negra, mulata, mestica and orientais (I. E. Asian).
Morena is a tricky one as it can either refer to hair color or skin tone or both. Morena clara refers to a brana with black hair. Morena jambo is brown skin, brown hair.
Mulata usually refers to brown / black skin with "straighter" hair and more "european" facial features. But this is a fuzzy thing because of hair straigtening, extensions, mega hair etc.
Negra usually means more "african" phenotype than mulata, but again this is fuzzy and personal.
A lot of this is very fluid. Some people self-identify differently than other people may see them. Some people of color prefer to be called "negro / a" than "mulata" others may prefer "moreno / a". I have had Brasileiras tell me "I am mulata, my brother is negro and my mom is branca, and my father is moreno" or some other combination.
As a non-Brazilian, scarred by the racial terminology wars in the USA I try to be cautious and respectful, so I either avoid using the terms or if I am in doubt I will use "morena" for any non-white situation as that is unlikely to be offensive, since "morena" is a very very broad term. When I say "when I am in doubt, I refer to cases where the person has not already self identified as one or other term. This is not an issue with online free lancers because they self-identify when they choose which category to be listed on the web site. Mulata and negra are more "specific" terms. But for example, I can say "eu adoro a beleza negra", "I like black beauty" without offending anyone (at least no one has claimed to be offended). The difference being that I am referring to the "kind of beauty" without "typing" the person directly.
From what I can gather, "mulata" may be the term that gets used less and less over time in the future as it has some connotations of the miscegination that is associated with the slavery period. But this is just a socialogical speculation on my part, as Brazil is subject to its own internal forces but also influenced by international, particularly American trends. The english word "black" is used in Brasil all the time but not for "people", rather there is "black music" (catchall term for are&be, soul and other american musics) and "black cabelo" (afro or natural hair style).
So its a very subtle issue, which may change by next year LOL. My advice is when in doubt use "morena".

So my babyfat cutie from Scandallo proposes to have a festa with her and 2 of her friends at Lush Motel. She sends me photos of the friends. They look good. We book it for a 2-6 pm party. I should know better about these things. As Wyatt Earp says, they only rarely meet the expectation of your imagination, but I'the like to have the Brazilian love motel experience and I've been walking around in an erotic haze since my time with Babyfat. This happens when I'm around a girl who really does it for me, turns my brain to mush and I do some stupid things. Also, luxury to me means abundance. I love the feeling just being in the presence abundant hot ass.
After initially asking for a deposit (no babyfat, that isn't going to happen) we settle on 1500 Reals per girl for 4 hours. When I show at Lush, one girl has bailed, so now it's a dupla but the other girl is a statuesque (5'10) 28 year branca with a set of manmades and acres and acres of Brazilian bunda. I mean this girls ass started mid-way up her back and ended just above her knees practically. But firm too. Kim Kardasian is a good look alike but I think the pornstar Kelly Devine is as good a comparison, although this girl is prettier than KD. Get into the room which is quite nice, pool, bed, shower and all. The girls are into drinking beer, which is actually reasonable (9 reals I think) and food and get down to business. I'm already regretting my decision to have a festa. All I really want is to concentrate on babyfat and keep making love to that gorgeous backside and mouth. Kim K is not as compliant nor as good at DFK yet within a few minutes I have them out of their clothes, exploring their asses with my finger and mouth, DT them in various positions etc. KK gets a bit irritated with my attention concentrating on babyfat and she sort of becomes a pain in the ass. Yet as we are cavorting in the pool. There's nothing like burying my face in that ass as she climbs the ladder out of the pool, stopping halfway up to give me good access.
So its 4 hours of teasing, sucking, fingering and fucking (when I can manage it) in all the porno positions. Babyfat is down for almost anything, KK is more reserved and mechanical but at times we are all in the pool together and I'm swept away in an ocean of tits, ass, lips, mouths. Every time I start in on playing with babyfat's little brown asshole she murmurs "sua, sua", "yours, yours".
Expensive but something you got to do at least once. I could probably get pretty close to this at Tangara, for a third the price tho. Anyways on our way out, I they ask about a repeat and I evade because I think I want to just concentrate on babyfat as tomorrow is the last day of my trip and I want to talk babyfat into surrendering totally that sweet brown culo.
Circumstances had other plans however. More in Part 2.

Posts: 310This gets us off the topic of pussy but I can't resist. One of my fascinations with Brasil is watching colorism in a non-US culture. Yet anybody who thinks that people Black people aren't treated differently in the western world is willfully looking away. I have a question: When does someone in Brasil go from mulato to negro? I bet hair texture is as important as skin tone. From my short time in SP, I thought I saw more mulatas with some African "blood" than I did what we would call Blacks here in the US, where the African phenotype dominates. Could be where I was (rich sampa) but is it also possible that black and white are allowed to fuck more and have kids in Brasil? In the US it's still pretty hard. So I guess it all comes down to pussy in the end LOL.

I generally stay away from the high (over) priced places and girls.
I've met plenty in both SP and Rio who love the overnight.
The difficult part is getting them to leave.
Same goes for the "transactional" you refer to.
The same high priced / over valued girls will generally be more like that, IMO.

Colleagues, I'm going to be in Sao Paulo for the New Year. What would be good places to celebrate? (with access to women, but not the noisy overpriced overcrowded night clubs. I hate those).
Also if anyone is in town I'm happy to meet, chat, and possibly team up for something.
If only my membership gets processed.

Even had a situation where a (black) cashier short changed me BRL $ 10, when I corrected her math she was surprised that I wasn't Brazilian. My thoughts were she assumed I'd be too stupid to realise that she was short changing me. I don't think she'd of tried that on a white person.
Same mercado different (black) cashier, I was fourth in line with a cart full of groceries. If you've ever been shopping at a super mercado in Brasil, especially Sao Paulo, the line move slower than my grandma Lucy answering the doorbell. So I'm waiting a good 10 minutes, when it's my turn at the register the girl puts up the "fechado" sign and tells me it's time for her break. I'm thinking, "WTF!" So I leave my items in the cart and start to walk out. After getting a few feet away, I'm approached by a big fat (black) security guard (he's a foot taller and a good 150 lbs heavier) who tells me I have to go to another register in order to pay for my items. He adds, I can't leave until I return or pay for the items in my cart (which I'm sure is clearly not store policy because I've seen the employees restocking un-purchased items left at the registers). I tell him to, "kiss my ass," keeping him in my peripheral vision on the left as he follows me out, while I'm fingering the release knob on the folding knife clipped inside my front right blue jean pocket.
FYI: I no longer shop there, I walk the extra 5 minutes to another mercado near my flat.
Use of "nigger" to get over historical past? Please! Black people use the word "nigger" because white people have used it to denigrate us. When a black person uses it it somehow elevates them to a superior position (although, only psychologically) over the other black person he's directing it toward. It's used to minimise and degrade one's humanity. It's a schizophrenic word that when used (by a black person) allows them for that nanosecond to step out of their skin. And for that brief moment in time they are something other than what you've been brainwashed into thinking you are. They are them (white folks). To quote Pogo, "we have seen the enemy and it is us. " Just some run-of-the-mill brainwashing by the massa to divide and conquer.
My dad was in the military, we lived in France, England & Germany before moving to the USA when I was in 8th grade. It amazed me how poorly African-Americans treated each other as compared to my interactions with people of color in Europe in the 60's & early 70's. It reminded me later of that sociological experiment where you gradually increase the number of rats in a cage. At some point when the personal space and food resources begin to diminish. They start eating each other, that my friend is basis for my Brazilian black self hate reference.
Getting sociological / historical advice from Ice-T, now that's funny!
Cheers!
