Visited Clinica Anavrin on Rua Batataes in Jardim Paulista based on scanning local intel last weekend. This was a rather unique experience.

Setup: it is located in an apartment complex, so you need to go through security to access it, which means you need a form of ID, or a copy it, in case they ask. It also means you need to book an appointment ahead of time, but this is easily done via Whasapp. After security you take an elevator to the 8th floor and proceed to the room your appointment specified.

The appointment: After initial contact they will send you a catalog of available providers, the pictures are accurate and show full face. You need to make your pick from the catalog and schedule with her, there is no physical lineup at the clinica. Overall very efficient front desk.

The experience: Standard shower and hygiene and then you proceed to your assigned room. Yes the rooms are not self contained (kind of like Bogota style, but classier). Unlike other clinicas in SP, here you start face down, I. E. , regular massage first like many joints outside Brazil. After about 30 min this transitions to a sensual body to body massage, and you have a choice of a premium happy ending (BBBJ inclusive) for R$200 or "custom" finish which includes FS for R$250. These fees are the totals you pay to the house, not just for the extras.

Sure Xpartan, in Brazil the word ficha refers to a distinctive element from a collection, in social terms. It's very easy to understand. Ficha may be translated as Token in English. Please correct if wrong.

Which day did you go? Curious to know if it's like Scandallo where Tue-Thu is best.

I went several times and often I went very late so I don't remember exactly. I remember Sunday is slower because the bar in the back did not open.

Another member has mentioned it has younger crowd compared to Scandallo so they are not the same. The expats I met told me Friday is the best. I think Friday and Saturday are good, probably has many more girls than Scandallo based on my observation. The stripers and DJ don't start before midnight and last until after 4 AM but I don't remember if it is for everyday or not.

There is a bar downstairs with outdoor patio that I did not know. I have been wondering where many girls went before figuring this out after repeated visits. I said to myself. I am so dumb. LOL.

The entry cover without consumption is R30. You get 2 free beers or other drinks of equivalent value if you pay R50. That means you are paying R20 for the first two beers. This has been mentioned a few times here.

The cashier didn't give me detail of my drink orders when I paid. So at least ask the cashier the total before paying. They do make mistake sometimes. I always ordered the same drinks so I knew something was wrong when the total was much more than I paid before. I just let it go that one time.

I met several local expats that are not on ISG. They said the rate they pay for girls are usually R250 for half hour and R400 for an hour, and hotter girls would cost more. They are there to have sex and they didn't buy drinks when I was there.

I met some that don't do BBBJ or require persuasion to do it during negotiation so negotiate if you must have it before going to the room. I looked up member's post about it and found the information is already on here. This is kind of a surprise to me.

There are some food options late including a 24 HR dinner before the park. On my way there, I hit the gold mine and found a cluster of vendors. This one has fried rice, which is very rare, for R13. I also paid cash. You can see the owner giving change back. Obviously, I was the only one ordered rice because the cook had to go buy eggs. Once my order was ready, I saw others pointing at my rice to order the same.
