Some time ago I used to stay in Moema area.
These hotels were girl friendly, no ID in case you came in with the girl nor extra money required: in alphabetical order Comfort, Bourbon Convention Ibirapuera, Intercity, Park-Inn (former Sonesta).

I also tried to find out the hotel's girl policy in Moema. I sent an email to 15 hotels, but it seems that they are avoiding answering my questions. Most of them didn't answer me at all. Some of them didn't or pretended they didn't understand my question. After I clarified myself in more detail, I got some vague answers to contact the reception when I am already staying in their hotel or questions, how long time the visitor would be in my room? (how would I know?) or promoting their conference facilities for my visitors.

As far as I remember, I have never been asked to show ID at Lido.
Just money or credit card was enough ;-)

One of the more practical motel of Sao Paulo, near Metro Sao Joaquim and near to Av. Paulista and Centro.

Don't exepect the fine decor of the other motels but if you are after a place for a fast fuck and you cannot or will not bring the GDP to your hotel room, this is the right place!

Change of scene. I know Rio well but now spending some time in Sampa with work, so have plenty of opportunity to compare the paulistanas with the cariocas.

Decided to start with Miruna this week (Tuesday). Got Metro to Saude and then taxi to Shopping Ibirapeura (R $20). Miruna was a short walk from there.

Was greeted by a very friendly Loira at the front desk (Suzy, I read ABGs post a few pages back) who explained everything. Girls came out to present themselves. Forgot most of their names but went with KIMBERLEY. What a woman! Mulata, very GFE and passionate, great BBBJ, big boobs, nice tight ass. Great sex, wanted (demanded!) CIM at end, highly recommended. About 6 months ago the police made a raid at a place I was at in Centro.

They didn't care at all about the garatos.

They rounded up all the guys and asked for our IDs.

One foreign guy didn't have an ID, and he didn't speak portugues.

I translated to the police for him. He was from Africa.

They were professional, but did put him in a squad car and said they had to take him to the station.

I felt bad for him.

I had my passport card and it served fine.

I DO NOT RECOMEND ANYONE TO BE THE SAO PAULO POLICE'S GEST!

So obey the law and carry a valid ID!

To be caught in a love motel like the lido without a valid brasilian ID or a notarized copy of your passport can be a very unpleasant experience in a case of a police raid. It happened more than one time at Lido Hotel. You will bw arrested and taken for a you ID check (averigucao) in the police department.

Even you can brake the law and sneak into the places, play safe. In Sao Paulo this law is much more enforced as in Rio.

Brasilian law is very clear. Everybody has to be in possession of a valid proof of ID.

Better play safe.

I'm not a fan of these places but the place below can be a reasonable alternative.

Boite Casarao, on Rua Augusta 791, opens only at 11 PM and closes 5 AM.

Best days to go are Mondays as they serve a free barbecue, lots of independent w*ores appear. Fridays and Saturdays are the othe other hot days.

I don't like those places (too loud music for me) but to pay 20 reais for entrance + one beer is not so bad.

The rip off comes if you start offering drinks yo the *ho*es! You can f*ck them in house, room costs less tha 50 reais for 40 minutes, W*ore must be negociated, suggested price 200 reais 40 minutes. Or take them home. In this case an exit fee is charged on your bill. Lots of girls from the more expensive places like Photo, Guaugin, Scandallo and Bamboa come in to have a good time and eventualy catch someone more handome but less rich.

Be shure to be able to undertake a conversation in Porto. Almost no girl speaks nothing but Porto.

Even if I am not (yet) 100 year old But never had to show any single piece of ID at Motel Lido, not even been asked for pre-payment. True I usually meet the girl in the reception area (whoever arrives first, waits) and get the room together. Girls are usually known at reception.

Nor the girls had to leave or show their ID at reception (3 to 4 star hotels) when coming to my room in my hotel, either with me or coming alone. .

I don't dispute ABG as he knows his business and of course better play safe, but seems the rule is not always enforced.

Honestly I never carry my passport slong for obvious reasons (unpleasant as it can be, better loose a P4 P opportunity than losing the passport somewhere, it will be more unpleasant for sure and you will blame having carried the passport to play safe).
