My biggest turnoff was just the facilities are pretty motel 6.

That is true and the place is a little worn out. But relatively speaking, even Tangara is a step up from all the other South America places I have been to because it provides clean bedsheet and hot shower but without toilet in the room.

The vibe is also different from other clinicas. I think the managers are more friendly. I wouldn't necessarily recommend this place for people with limited time because I think you want to save your energy for better talents that you can't find here.

Last night I let my guard down and was punished. I was at Scandalo got there around 10. Did my usual routine and sat with this skinny morena. She was a little to bony for me so let her go. I see some clinics advertise 'terapeutas' and 'massagistas' with photos and profiles, however I can't get what the difference. Can anyone give an input in a local context about the difference in services they may offer.

Most "terapeutas", will give you a true massage and are fairly reputable massage parlours, and will typically offer you a wide range of rub-downs (ie. reflexology, deep tissue, Swedish, tantric massage...etc). Depending on management / masseuse, a happy ending may also be on the menu.

On the other hand, at "massagistas" shops/parlours, sex is most definitely always on the menu. You will get more sex (depending on what the girl does), with a light massage, if at all.

I am not a Clinica connaiseur but can answer the two basic recent questions:

No there is nothing in SP like termas of Rio. There are two styles of location based P4P in SP. The Boate. Which is a nightclub but for the sole purpose of P4 P. Scandallo and Connections are the most discussed of late. And the Clinica. This is a daytime activity and while a sort of spa like atmosphere like some termas, you don't hang out there. There is a line up and you pick your girl and do your thing. If you like days do CLnicas. If you like nights do Boate. Or do both.

On the question of the terms and how to find the good ones I don't recommend basic internet research. It can be hard to find girls CLnicas vs legit massage CLnicas. Here is your best source. Search the threads for Enjoy, Miruna, Moema Prime, Abbobora, Brooklin and Tangar. Others may add to the list but those are top of mind. I can personally recommend Abbobora and did not care for Tangar. But ymmv.

Yes. You can pay the cheaper cover during the day and avoid the higher cover at night on your return. However, you still have to meet the minimum consumption for each visit.

Just on photosaccompanhantes I have used with mixed results, but if you stick to verified Fotos and with positive reviews you can find some gems. For example last night I went with Bruna medeiros.
