I use Banco24 horas ATMs in SP and decline "their conversion rate". You usually get the market rate+a point; Best deal I have found so far there.

Rm is 300 R. For an hour. They will charge you per minute if you go over. Top tier girls will ask 1500 but take 1000 or 1200. You can no doubt get lower depending on looks and time of night. That is for prime time and a top girl. (Including gringo tax. Hahaha).

Seeking Arrangment girls aren't high volume? Probably I don't know what high volume really means. The clinicas pump whatsapp subscribers with promos and photos to bring in customers.
