I have knowledge as to where I will stay in Rio but need help in Sao Paulo, need suggestions of names of areas for a newbie where I can be close to transportation (metro) restaurants and of course the girls. There are two main places to choose, the Jardins and Moema. Jardins is better for metro connections, has more nightlife, but Moema has the best clinicas, where you can find the best cost benefit. But the metro is still under construction.

If you haven't been to Brooklin yet, you should go. They usually have 20-30 girls (except sundays) and are open 7 days a week. Its ok to hang out there, there are free drinks (maybe have to pay for whisky but beer, soda and water are free) and they have good wifi. Brooklin is easy to get to. Take the metro to Morumbi. Turn right as you exit the metro and follow the crowd to the main road and cross over at the lights to Shopping Morumbi. This will take you onto Av, Roque Petroni Junior. Walk up this main road (past the football school and South's place churrascaria) until you come to a set of traffic lights with a sex shop of the corner. Turn right here and then second left onto Joaquim Guarani. Brooklin is number 121 which I guess is about 400 yards up the road. There is a good bakery that you will go past on this road.

There are other clinicas in this area. As you walk up Guarani towards Brooklin you will pass a short side road and see a sign with '210', this is Kin Center. As you walk up Rogue Petroni you will pass Chafik Maluf on the right, Espaco Morumbi is 3 blocks up this road. Where you turn right at the traffic lights with the sex shop, if you cross over Roque Petroni here, Clinica Cancionero is up there on the right. You can get the addresses of these places off gpguia and then look them up on an internet map.

I would recommend that you go to Brooklin, its a great place! Once I discovered it, I pretty much didn't go anywhere else.
