This I disagree. It depends on what you are looking for. For newbies, SP is easier to get BBBJ, DFK because you can get it in clinicas and Scandallo by default. You can't get those by default at La Isla or in casas, and in most cases you just don't get them in casas. FB is popular because that is where you can get GFE but that takes some work.
