You can start with short time. If it works out, then you can get longer date. You should not be asked to pay before after first date. If she insist, NEXT. You problem is solved.

    Yes

Think what you want but if I decide to spend an entire day (or more) with someone, there has to be mutual interest in the person outside of sex and some amount of trust. If building that trust requires me to ante then that's what I'll do.

Yeah, I mean how many times do we have to warn newbies not to pay in advance? I give up. The best piece of advice I can give someone who thinks along these lines is stay home.

    Rethink this

If you're not sure what you'd do I'd definitely rethink this plan. If I'm going long term with someone there needs to be some amount of chemistry / mutual interest otherwise it's going to get awkward.

There are a million and one reasons why she couldn't and a million and two excuses why she wouldn't go long term. If she doesn't enthusiastically agree I'd be very skeptical. If you're worried about her bailing give her half up front and tell her you'll give her the other half at the end. If she's serious and likes you there won't be any problem.

Make with one who has positive review except I wouldn't really know what to do for 24 hours especially since I'll be staying in an Airbnb. At this point because of length, I'm assuming it would make sense to negotiate via text all we can do such as ask if she's open to BBFS or any other fetish I may have?

Just wondering what prevents her from leaving during this time period as well if I pay her upfront, we fuck for some hours, then she dashes once we go out to eat somewhere, or does all payment happen at the end.

    Mercure Hotels

Based on the prices I've seen I don't consider Scandallo expensive per se. The price is the price. $100 to walk through the door with some food credit, $300 to bang a hot chick without negotiating. Probably about the same out of pocket as I'd spend on eastern European stripper take out. Assuming you don't go crazy on the booze. Let me know if I'm out of line but these prices don't sound crazy to me.
Between the Mercure Privilege Ibirupeura and Mercure Times Square I would definitely choose the latter. Both are located in Moema and offer pretty easy access to the clinicas. But the Mercure Times Square is much better situated in terms of being able to easily walk to restaurants, banks, grocery stores, and shopping. I even found a good barbershop nearby. It's also better placed in terms of avoiding airport noise. I found the rooms to be nicer at Times Square with better temperature control too. Yes, Privilege has the restaurant downstairs, but I didn't find it to be anything special and didn't like the service either. I preferred to eat elsewhere and only used the restaurant at times for convenience sake. There were usually taxis waiting outside for passengers so that was convenient as well. The neighborhood is also good, and I felt safe being out and about and walking at all times of day and night. I'm weighing in because I've stayed at both and most definitely have a strong preference for the Mercure Times Square over the Mercure Privilege for the reasons I've stated. Though no restaurant it's more modern and nicer in a better and more convenient location in Moema.

    Thanks!

I feel a report working it's way down my arm and into my fingers.

We would pop down for a couple Caipirinhas and snacks and back up for round 2. It's just super convenient and food is good. There is an AMAZING sushi place just one block away called Peixe ao Cubo. Bar de Juarez is just a couple blocks to grab some chopp (draft beer) and picanha (amazing Brazilian cut of beef)

Scandallo is a 25 min uber. Uber is sooo inexpensive. That Scandallo ride costs $6 usd. LOL.

You are spot on on your Scandallo prices. If you party hearty its going to be $400 one girl and $800 two girls. Scandalous prices for Brazil. And totally cheap compared to a lot of the world. Yep you got it right.

For dates in June / July 2024 the Hyatt wants $180 or more when I booked a combined points & voucher reservation for a week in June 2024 at that hotel. I think they want even more $$$ for the same dates now. I also booked the Marriott Exec hotel for $125 for July, but I had to reserve 2 weeks in a row to get that rate. I believe this hotel is now asking $200 night which is unbelievable to me. KKK. But the surprise deal of my upcoming trip was with the JW Mariott for points. Usually that hotel is much more expensive in points or dollars than the Rennaissance. Not this time when I was looking, so I booked the JW for a bargain rate number of points (much cheaper than the Renaissance) and as a result, I am now out of Marriot points. KKK. Anyway, all SP hotel prices across the board are going through the roof for June-August 2024 winter season. I have no idea of why except it must be function of demand, so I am glad I started booking my hotels back in January almost as soon as I got back home from my last trip. KKK. For example, in June 2023, I stayed for a week at the Grand Mercure SP Itaim Bibi, a real nice 4 star hotel, for $85/ night. Now they are asking $180/ night for a week in June 2024. I could give many more examples.
I totally agree! I was looking at hotels recently as I plan for my next trip to Brazil, and I was a little taken aback at the pricing. I saw plenty of properties asking for $180 a night and up, which is high for Brazil. I typically like to keep it at or under $150 a night, and that typically has never been a problem with plenty of good properties to choose from. I still found more than enough in my price range, but not as many as usual or located exactly where I want to be in every case. Like you, I'm not sure what's going on. You would think it's demand, but Brazilians don't think like North American businessmen. I mean, they'll do the exact opposite and raise prices on goods and services when demand is low instead of dropping prices in order to entice more people to spend more money. So, who knows?

Several off brand hotel chains also house individually owned condominium rooms and apartments that are on airbnb. It's sort of the best of both worlds.

    Plane & Hotel Reservations

My advice is plan early. Once you know or think you know when you want to visit SP start looking for flights and hotels. Personally, I have sufficient funds to pretty much do whatever I like, but within limits sadly, on account of the fact that, I am not worth $20,000,000. KKK. So, I am willing to pay more for a flight with a no penalty for flight changes & enlarged leg room seating or whatever a particular airline wants to call extra leg room coach. I am also willing to pay up and book direct (non-stop) flights when available. I like business class too, but at double the price of extra legroom coach, it is just not worth it to me. My spending priorities are #1 any girls I want within reason, KKK, #2 any restaurant I want, #3 preferred 5-star hotels and if too costly then friendly, well located 4-stars will do. Having hotel points and voucher nights for many corporate hotel chains make the 5-star hotels feasible for me in SP because otherwise I would not stay at a joint like the Renaissance and pay over $250/ night. $180 cash for a 5 star right at my limit. I really do not like to pay that much.

But hotel prices in SP seem to have gone through the roof since Nov 2023-Jan 2024 and are severely testing my limit. For example, in November 2023, I stayed at the Hyatt for $125/ night for a week. But the key thing to keep in mind is that all my hotel reservations are refundable in points or of a pay later with no cancelation fee on the credit card type. That way if the hotel rates had declined from the time I booked, I could have easily cancelled my original reservations and made a new cheaper ones. Unfortunately, this is not happening this time around, but I am relatively happy because I locked in some pretty good rates for my upcoming trip which gets me back to my original piece of advice: plan early and book early.

Down To Three Choices Lodging --Need Help With Deciding

Fellows appreciate the feedback on my inquiry about lodging choice. Special shoutout to XXL, Steve9696, and Jimmy Boy 99.

I am now down to three choices:

    1. Mercure Privilege in ibirapuera.

    2. Wyndham ibirapuera.

    3. AirBnB in the same area of the two hotels listed above.

Need your help with pros and cons for each.

I would like to stay in the area because I think there are clinicas within walking distance from my choices above.

I would also intend to bring in a girl at some point during my trip so hopefully my choices will not give me a lot of hassle to bring a girl.

Lastly, definitely I will take a trip to scandallo so hopefully my choices are within close Uber ride.

Really need your pointers so I can make reservations.

    TY in advance.

Airbnb or apartment rentals are way cheaper. I am currently staying in an airbnb in the Mercure Priviledge for about $45/ might.
