[Horn Dog Too]

Hooray for ME. I get another trip down to Sao Paulo. Be there early Thursday morning and I do hope that this time I get to meet you ABG. After a nap, I plan on either Flor Alvim or Redway. Maybe a late lunch ABG. If you aren't working or something. My hotel is near Paulista and Rua Pamplona, the Trionan Masp metro stop. I'm not sure what happened but my last report on Flor Alvim and Redway didn't get published. I must have forgot to hit "enter" LOL.

I enjoyed my visit to FA, even though no one spoke english, I picked a lovely young lady who spoke perfect body language and had an excellent visit. I hope to see her or another young lovely next time.

Sao Paulo is a impressive city with a lot to offer. Nightlife, cultural sights, zoo, aquario, educated people and a wonderful Mercado Municipal (with giant sanduiches de mortadela).

What I found remarkable in Sao Paulo was the large number of fat girls. It seems like it's getting worse every year.

On my first visit to Sampa, I had the same impression. I was literally lost within that city because there is nothing that will help you to orient yourself. In Rio there is the Cristo Redentor that can help you to find your way into the city. Moreover, in Rio there are (or were) fabulous beaches and it is maybe more "folklorical" (more colored people which are mostly poor and uneducated).

When I finally tamed the city I was attracted by the facts you listed: Nightlife, cultural sights, educated people and especially very good restaurants (which are lacking in Rio). I would also like to add to your list: a cosmopolitan population.

People sleeping on the streets in Centro is a sad reality, we cannot deny it! It is even worst if you dare to venture into Bom Retiro near or inside Cracolândia. As I lived two years in Rio (in Copabacana on the Barata Ribeiro) , I remember that there were also a lot of people (especially young child) sleeping on the streets. So, from my point of view, homeless people is not really a charcateristic of São Paulo. You'll find it everywhere in Brazil and South America.

I have deserted Rio for several reasons: the beachs are polluted and not in the same condition I found them in the late 70's. If you want nice beaches. Without that yellowish foam on the crests of the waves. You have to go far away from Rio.

But to each its own. I am not dissing Rio (far from this) but I prefer Sampa because it suits my taste and I can find more gems down there: universitarias GDP from European, Japanese, Middle East, Nordic descent compare to what you can mostly find in Rio: dumb funk-do-baile GDP.

I just spend a couple of days in Sao Paulo. It felt so good returning to Rio.

However I can't help finding the city so very ugly compared to Rio. People stress a lot (even running in the metro) , they dress like it's cold even if it's 27 degrees, lots of people sleeping in the streets in Centro and the city lacks real beauty.

I went their with a GF from Rio so I didn't have the opportunity to enjoy the privês. What I found remarkable in Sao Paulo was the large number of fat girls. It seems like it's getting worse every year.

I've just noticed that there is a privê that is almost located at the doorstep of where I'll be staying in Sampa.

In fact it is located on 578 Rua Galvão Bueno or less than a 2 minutes walk from my landing place in May.

According to what I've heard, sometimes you may be able to find a gem down there. But in total honesty, I don't expect that much from that place. I'll visit the venue later only to report.

I hope to find a Japanes garota (or at least a mestiça / nisei).

I'm not shure but Sundays it opens at noon and goes till 10 PM.
