Based on all the positive reviews I had read on Red Massagem, I decided it was definitely worth checking out. I was out with some friends at a bar near Moema and realized it was now or never, so I grabbed a taxi and headed over. By this time is was 8:45PM. I'm not sure if I went in the back door, but the building I entered looked nothing like the one on their website or on google maps, which was a bit confusing.

I head over the front desk and was greeted by a nice looking, middle aged manager (can't remember her name-sorry!) , and a sexy women with dark hair and nice long legs (with braces) who was working the front desk, Manu. They asked if I wanted a drink and had me sit down in the lounge area. This place was real clean, with a spacious lounge area full of couches. Pretty comfortable place to hang out. I was a bit tense at this point of the trip because I was flashing back to a fellow ISG members post about his visit to RM and getting ripped off because he didn't have any Porto skills whatsoever. I spoke okay with the two managers though, and was thinking I could get by. Plus, I ended up striking up a conversation with another garota who came downstairs, post program, who knew a bit of English. I would've nabbed her, but she wasn't very cute at all.

As the lineup came out to greet me, I noticed another guy relaxing in the lounge, so I motioned to him to get his feedback as the garotas were coming in and out since I saw no one that was a definite keeper. As each one went by, I'd look over at him and try and get a reaction, thumbs up / thumbs down, hoping he was a regular who knew more than I did. It was tough to remember their names, because they didn't say them that clearly and then ran off quickly afterwards. Overall, I only saw 5 options, maybe because it was so late (and busy) , but I was happy with my pick (and got a big thumbs up from my friend). I ended up going back to Manu and asking for the garota with the white shirt. She was confused temporarily but then brought back Paula, and that was THE one. She was 22 years old, morena, beautiful long dark brown hair. 5'5", gorgeous face-absolutely mint, and a relatively petite body that seemed very tight, but was a bit less so once the clothes were off.

We went upstairs to a room at the end of the hall. It was big with a mattress on the ground and a shower stall in the corner. I started to pull the 'cute gringo' act with her to see if she'd humor me and my limited Porto skills. She laughed a bit, but was not playing that game. When the clothes came off, she was looking mighty nice, although had all the earmarks of a mother. Very sexy petite body with a belly button piercing. I knew I was in for issues, when she immediately goes down to start what I thought was BBBJ, but became a CBJ. I asked her why and she said that BBBJ was not an option. On top of that, she wasn't game for DFK. I asked her why, and she gave in a bit, but wasn't going to help me out to much. Overall, she seemed very distant, so in between going at it, I asked her if everything was okay? At that point, I knew it could either be a total disappointment of a night, or as a good a time as I was willing to make it, so I figured I would have some fun since she was VERY beautiful. I walked downstairs to the front desk, got a water and decided I wouldn't complain at all to the manager's as they were very interested to know if I had a good time. I was able to pay with credit card, and the damage was R$160 with no BBBJ / CIM or anal or DFK. Not horrible, but pretty sad when you compare to Redway, Vani's Way, and Fanisex. Overall this seems like a high quality place. I don't feel like I had a true taste of it due my timing so I'll have to go back on my next trip and go earlier. Also, I would be a bit wary of coming here with no Porto skills, it would have made it very tough to communicate since neither manager spoke any English at all, and obviously if they try to rip you off, there would be nothing you could do.

Side note: Not sure if this is standard practice or if this is an end of the day thing, but I hate it when they take a big glob of lube and put some on themselves and the rest on you. Condoms restrict sensation enough without having all of that lubrication. As my time went on in SP and later Rio, I was able to be more confident in asking them not to use it, and there was never any problem again.

Lessons learned:

1) Go earlier in the night or even late afternoon for visits.

2) Call ahead to see how many garotas are working, and who specifically if you have any intel to refer to.

3) Negotiate services AND price before going upstairs and feel free to leave if you don't like what is offered.

4) A bad situation can be turned around into a decent one with the right attitude. Think of it this way, especially for us out-of-towners. You're still in Brazil, spending quality time with a gorgeous Brasilera, it could be A LOT worse.

I had posted my first ever mongering experience at Redway (http://www.redway.com.br/inicio.php) last week, where Vani, the owner, helped bail me out after one of the garotas tried to rip me off 'gringo-style' for R$300. On that day, both Redway and Vani's didn't have much of a lineup to present because it was a Sunday, so a couple of days later, I decided I'd go back. AltoBomGosto was going out that afternoon with his friend, so I decided to meet them at Redway. I was still exhausted from working and travelling and wasn't quite sure I was even in the mood to session with someone unless they really caught me eye. I hopped in a taxi and headed over to Redway, R$25 damage.

One thing thats GREAT about Redway, is that its a very comfortable place to hang out. You can sit inside or out. They immediately ask you if you want beer, water, or coke, and then you can relax and see the lineup. And on top of that, some of the same mongers go here, so you end up making some friends and sharing stories which is priceless. Also, because certain mongers go here religiously due to the excellent quality, price per program, and management, they can help advise a beginner like myself on who to go with based on what types of garotas you are into.

AltoBomGosto is just one of these great people who go there often enough that he knows the personnel inside and out, so I was happy to have his assistance. Well this was a Tuesday and there were plenty of garotas in the lineup, at least 8 or 10 I would say of all different shapes and sizes. My cup of tea is a nice morena, and there are always plenty of those here, but in the end, I went with Dandara, a gorgeous mulatta. 5'8' or 5'9', with nice long legs and a great smile. ABG said that she was one of, if not THE BEST, at BBBJ / CIM (R$ 100, 00 = 1 h. ; BBBJ / CIM = R$ 30, 00 no anal!). As I said, I was not in the mood, but when stories started flying and she came and sat next to me, I was all about heading upstairs with her. She was a bit older than some of the other girls but when I say that its all relative, as she was in her mid to late 20's. As Sui Generis has mentioned multiple times in his posts, going with someone a bit more experienced, even if they do not have quite as tight a body, can be WELL WORTH your while. And IT WAS!

The rooms at Redway, are medium sized, clean, and not too hot. The one I got had a shower that was the next room over, but was easy to navigate and clean. I showered up and headed into the room, only to see Dandara laying on the bed waiting for me. WOW! I wish I had taken a photo of that, but I didn't bring my camera with me. The next hour may have been one of the better ones that I've EVER experienced, as we went through a variety of BBBJ and 69 positions. I had to break out the term 'lingua magica' because of the AMAZING things she was doing. She was able to conjure up sensations that I didn't even know were possible, and I held on as long as I possibly could before the flood gates opened. As for language skills, nobody spoke much English at Redway, but they are so nice there, that you can easily get by. They will be patient while you make your choice of garotas. Also, both times I was there, fellow mongers in the lounge area spoke some English and helped me out when I needed it.

Redway is an AWESOME time, I highly recommend it!

Its important to learn all the Porto terms that you might use in bed with a garota. If you don't then it is tough to mold the experience to your liking. I think a lot of us who go to Brazil for the first time study basic Porto skills to be able to have small talk with locals and navigate around in taxis, metro, stores, etc, but if you don't know how to ask for what you want in the bedroom then you'll be stuck using sign language and it doesn't always work that great. Even worse, is that the clock is ticking, so the more time you waste playing charades, the less time you have to be pleasured.

Returned home yesterday from a combo trip to Sao Paulo and Rio, and it was an incredible time to say the least. Thank you again to everyone who answered my PM's and replied to my posts during the Fall as I prepared for my trip! Special thanks to Sui Generis and AltoBomGosto. There's absolutely no way I could have had as good a trip without your mentoring!

I honestly have so much to write that I don't know where to start. I will try to take some time this week to type up some good reports and tips for sure. I had planned my trip very carefully, but as many of you know, once you're actually in these cities and have different experiences, plans change. A lot. As many have said on these boards, once you find someone you like a lot and have good chemistry with its WELL worth going for repeat visits, as the GFE goes from quality to amazingly awesome. I'm not going to sit here and brag that I've been with tons of women in the US, so maybe I don't have a good enough sample size for this comparison, but the bottom line is that Brazilian women are incredibly beautiful and exotic, uninhibited, and comfortable enough with their bodies to guarantee pleasure to you as well as themselves along the way.

For anyone headed to SP soon and is in need of guidance, there's no doubt that Vani's Way, Redway, Fanisex are the cream of the crop right now, since they are under excellent ownership, management, and have a quality selection of garotas. Plus the price to quality ratio is SO much better than a lot of other places. In other words, you might be able to get a freelancer or some larger club and find some very high quality garotas, but you'd then proceed to pay 3 to 4 times as much for the same thing you're getting at the aforementioned places.

I was able to make a trip to Red Massagem and it is still very good, but I would beware if you don't speak okay Portuguese. I had just enough to get by where the manager on duty (Manu) that night thought I was cute, but if I had ANY less, they probably wouldn't have been able to help me out. Selection was average but I went at 9PM on a Friday, so it wasn't a fair test.

I was staying at the Tivoli for work near Avenida Paulista, and I attempted to get someone up to my room but they forgot to bring an I'd, so they were not allowed, and I couldn't go downstairs to verify their identity since I was around many colleagues.

Amazingly I was also able to get both Bruninha Brunelli and Sarah Couto on the phone to make appointments on my first try calling, only to bomb on the actual negotiations due to my limited Portuguese skills. I figured it would be tough but I wasn't going to go to SP and NOT give it a try. With Brunelli, I think she said she was with a client and to call back at 11PM, so it may have worked, but I didn't feel like bothering once 11PM came. And with Couto, I had everything set including a time and when I asked her the address, she kept repeating the street name over and over and I couldn't understand it. Finally she hung up and I when I tried to call her back there was no answer. The street name ended up being Rouxinol. Try spelling that as a beginner in Portuguese from someone speaking fast over the phone.hahaha! Pronounced 'ho-she-now'. No chance. Getting in touch with these two first try felt like an accomplishment in my book, and in the end it was better to just go back to Vani's, Redway, or Fanisex and take your pick.

The subway was very clean and easy to use.

I completed 40 lessons of Pimsleur Portuguese and I needed every last word at some point during my trip. Amazingly I was totally fine the entire time with that much knowledge in combination with asking a lot of questions along the way to bilingual Brazilians who were ALWAYS more than happy to help. And the beauty of asking was that it was very easy to retain new words, phrases, or verb tenses that I was taught since I could put them into practice immediately! So don't be afraid to ask for help while you are in Brazil. With the exception of Canadians, I have never been around such kind and generous people.
