1 + 2 Besides Cafe Photo and Bomboa you can find less expensive places, like Kilt for example, just look in this thread or other websites for "boate"
3 No idea, sorry. However, many univ students work as escorts. When I ask them what do you do in life, maybe 90% replies "vou na facultade" (I go to university)
4 Look for clinicas. Maybe some are open on Sundays. I believe Sui Generis reported in the past.

Prices are more expensive than in South East Asia.

Although I am not a resident, I can elaborate a bit.

SP offers a combination of 1+2 with places like Bamboa, Cafe Photo. They are on the expensive end (obviously you have to forget the Thai price standards in Brazil, and recently it seems prices are going up, but the girls are outstanding and nearly all provide GFE. Three holers are also quite common in the market, just ask of they are "completa". BBBJ are also quite usual.

Suggest to RTFF for prices and reports, so you can form a better idea.

I not familiar with point 3) , but whilst in cities like BKK it is easy to find girls with normal jobs ready to round up incomes with some evenings out, it is not so obvious in SP.

Those uni girls might be found in some places nearby the university residential areas, but surely some more expert mongers can elaborate.

There are some uni girls working part time and these can be found in the "escort" sites (m-class, etc. You will see the names if you RTFF) as acompanhantes.

The best source of activities are the GdP, gators de programs (there are two specific nationwide forums in brazil where you will learn all about them.

First of all, if you're looking for termas (I. E. Rio's style venues) , just forget it because it doesn't exist as such in São Paulo. The best alternative is a clinica. As you said most clinicas will be closed today (23th). It's difficult to name (like that, out of the blue) a clinica without knowing the district, the bairro, where you'll stay while in Sampa. In all event, I can name the following clinicas which are quite good:

1) Clinica Palms (there are two locations)
