Great Reportage, JZ. I am glad you liked the top 3 SP boates. I concur with most of what you reported, but I do have a few comments:

First on Tipping at Bomboa: I don't like it! In all my previous trips to SP I was never asked to tip my Bomboa waiter. I was assigned the same guy, Orlando, on my Oct / Nov 2021 trip & in my subsequent April / May 2022 trip. Orlando was a 1st class guy and he gave me great service. He never asked for a tip. Why should he? Brazil does not have a tipping culture. But I gave him 400 BR on my last night in Bomboa on both trips BECAUSE he deserved it. He earned it! But I should add that over the course of both of my previous 6 week trips, I spent a significant number of nights in Bomboa.

But something changed on my most recent Oct / Nov trip when I was assigned a different waiter, a younger guy. The new guy hit me up for tips every time I visited Bomboa. His service was still 1st class except for his constant begging / nagging for a tip. I never took heed of his girly suggestions, and he stopped making them after my first visit. But on that 1st night back in Bomboa, he put the touch on me as I was trying to pay my tab. I took him aside and I told him I would take care of him before I left town, but that I would not tip him on a nightly basis. He nodded his understanding of what I saying, but every time I went to Bomboa it was like "Groundhogs Day" the movie with his continued moaning for a tip every time I went to pay my tab. It became annoying and it began to piss me off because I knew he was not asking for tips from his SP customers, and I did not like being treated differently due only to my nationality. So finally, about 4 weeks into the trip, I had enough of the guy. I moved to a different location in the bar near the bandstand and requested that Orlando take over as my waiter. That was that. But before I left SP, I gave Orlando a generous tip for his excellent, PERSONALIZED, service. I did not give a tip to the young waiter because he did not listen to me and that pissed me off.

BTW, No other boate in SP allows its wait staff to ask customers for tips. In fact, I have never had anyone in any boate, terma or clinica ask for a tip and that includes my girls. No wait, come to think of it, one of my Scandallo girls and I used to smoke in the rooms upstairs, and on our 1st night together she suggested I give the cleaning worker 30 BR which I did because it sounded very reasonable and wise. KKK.

On Tuesday I went to Bomboa again, and I'm almost starting to think you're better off not speaking Portuguese. I had the same host from my previous trips, and the service is spectacular. He brings me my drink, the food menu, and asks what kind of girl I'm looking for, and says he has a great choice in mind. I want to be really clear this isn't a hustle, he even says if someone else tries to sit with me don't buy them a drink, he knows the perfect one. Boy was he right. This girl was 22 with a gorgeous face, long black hair, and a spectacular natural body. She was really nice as we sat and talked, and my god her service was impeccable. I could not find a single thing to complain about if I tried, well worth every bit of the R800 I offered her. At the end of the night when you close your tab they do ask for a tip as mentioned before, and my host absolutely deserved that 15%..

I had similar thoughts about Bomboa during a visit last week. I was assigned an English speaking host and he was great. He asked my taste in women and then brought a few over. When we didn't click, he suggested we walk the room together and point out girls that interested me. Then he would give the low down on them (whether past clients had a good time, whether they spoke English, and he would tell me if he didn't know the girl as well). This ended with me partnering with a hot blonde who gave me a good time back at my place.

I tipped my host R50 before I left, but was surprised to see a 15% service charge on the bill. As SP doesn't have a tipping culture, I wonder if they also do that to the locals. I mentioned I already took care of my host with a cash tip, but they still insisted as this service charge was for the whole service staff team. As I took a girl out, I believe the 15% also applied to the exit fee, which I feel is wrong. It's like adding tip on the taxes in the US. At the end of the day, it wasn't that much so I let it go, but the whole unannounced 15% felt forced and mandatory. Bamboa also charges a CC service charge based on % of the bill, which Scandallo does not.

As Bamboa also upped their minimum consumption from R200 to R300, once you add in the 15% service charge and CC service charge, which basically increases all consumption cost, I am not sure if Bamboa is a good alternative to Scandallo anymore when you want a more laid back and cheaper change of pace. Bamboa now cost more than Scandallo (if you go there before 7 pm) or very similar in pricing if you go after 7 pm. Why pay more or almost the same to go to a place that is inferior to Scandallo in almost every way?

It felt to me like they are trying to keep up with the Jones, but overplayed their hand with a double whammy of increases. I don't think I'll be visiting Bamboa anytime soon, and that's even after having good service from a Bamboa host and finding a nice girl who gave me a good time. I felt l paid about the same as if I went to Scandallo and would have left with a hotter girl there.

I have crossed Caf Photo off my list for the same reasons. They also have a 15% service charge, CC service charge and a R350 entry (R150 consumption). When the pricing once all the fees are added is similar to Scandallo and you offer much less in every way, why bother going there?

I currently only consider Casarao and Connection to be "value" alternatives to Scandallo among the boates I've visited.

Overall I strongly recommend Casarao, with a few caveats. Its often standing room only, and moving about can be a real challenge. In my opinion its not the slower paced experience you'll have in Bomboa or Scandallo where you get to feel the girls out and shop around. If you see one you like don't hesitate, just grab her and go. If its not amazing, for the price you pay you can easily find another girl. It definitely has the vibe of a packed pre Covid Tijuana club if that's helpful for anyone. For a long term stay, Casarao would absolutely be a staple of my week.

Very good points about the crowding and standing room only at times at Casarao. It's definitely more difficult to relax and chill and slowly peruse the talent. You can't just find a seat and enjoy a whiskey with a Cubano and just watch as the parade of hotties come and go trying to entice you. It's more like a packed bar / night club where guys and girls are just walking around the club trying to find a partner.

I would disagree with the suggestion about "If you see one you like don't hesitate, just grab her and go. " A few friends and even a few patrons of the club mentioned to me that any girl you see who is unavailable now, will be free soon enough. Due to the clientele and the type of place it is, most local guys only take the girl to the nearby hotel for 30 minutes. And it's rare to have a girl be willing to spend hours talking / smoozing with a guy at the club until he commits, which can be common in Scandallo.

While it's not a "fast house," it's the closest thing to it among boates in SP. Even if a girl spends 15-30 min talking to a guy, and they spend 60 min in the room, she will be back in 1. 5 hours. But in most cases, if you see a girl leaving the club, she will 95% of the time be back in 30 minutes then it's your turn.

I've been told the best spot to chill at near the entrance. You get to see which girls are entering and leaving the club and usually those are the better looking ones. And if you see a hot girl leaving, you can be pretty much assured she'll be back in 30-45 minutes and you can then make your move, as it's "next man up!

A lot of people, mostly in person, try to convince me that Scandallo isn't worth it. They say the clinica girls are just as good, and while I'm sure there is plenty of overlap in terms of girls, the sex I've had with Scandallo girls is consistently on another level in terms of passion and intensity. .

A few other comments about Casarao from my personal experiences my last two trips. Most of the girls I saw at Scandallo wouldn't go there with me. They believe the area and club is too seedy and the clientele to be too rough. Many were shocked that I wanted to visit Casarao, even if it was to accompany a friend. I don't know if it's all an act or the type of girls I select at Scandallo, but I sense a lot of truth to what they were saying by their posture, body language, tone and what I can read from their eyes.

This just reinforces my belief that a significant portion of the Scandallo girls would never be found in Casarao, clinicas or other venues. Sure there are some crossover between the two clubs in terms of girls who work there. Any girl can try to work at Scandallo, from SA / MP / Online girls, clinica girls, Casarao or other boate girls or even hot pink book girls. All they need to do is pay their 300-350 admission cost and keep coming back or get a saida for a free invite back. And the free invite at Scandallo is more flexible now according to a few girls I spoke to. The free invite used to be only valid for the next business day (exclusions for Saturday and Monday), but is now valid for the next two working days.

Their success depends on whether they can compete with the other girls who show up, which can be a challenge as much of the clientele prefer girls with more hotness, class, education, charisma, etc. As the club is dominated by rich locals, I'm told by most of the Scandallo girls that the local Brazilians prefer tall, thin, tanned girls with big ass and tits, who can carry a conversation and drink like they have a hole in their shoes. Then there is the subset of rich Asians that frequent the place who prefer the pale skinned, innocent looking pretty thin girls.

I've seen a girl at Scandallo during the 4 pmt o 12 am shift leave empty handed and end their night at Casarao. I've seen a Moema clinica girl give Scandallo a try, but fail and then go back to their clinica job to recoup their Scandallo admission. I've seen SA / MP / Online girls give Scandallo a try when their schedule allows it. I've seen pink book girls get a free invite to be eye candy for the club during a slower night, and they disappear the next day back to their life with their sugar daddies or modeling gigs.

So there is a huge cross-over of girls from other venues coming to Scandallo. You'll find the lower tier girls from other venues at Scandallo, but not the higher tier girls from Scandallo at other venues. If they are successful working at Scandallo with any regularity, they usually don't want to go back to their other working venue.

Go to Scandallo because it has everything and why go to the second best. It's only the dance floor in the club area will be crowded. It has a pool tables and videogames, good size restaurants, cafe, large outdoor area. I don't think you will have problem finding quiet on a Saturday.

I think what OP means about service is that like "cars are cheaper in Colombia" while you are saying "Brazil has better cars". I would guess most would agree with both statements.

Instead of comparing, I think most frequent posters here will always like Brazil better, and same for the Colombia mongers. That makes them a tie in my view. But then if you just read the reports in general, I think Colombia has the edge. It's wilder and one can see sex that just not in Brazil reports. MB1 has been to both places and has very selective taste, where does he monger now? On both boards, on top of my head, the only member that I think can easily switch side to Colombia is AH. In another lifetime, more than 30 years ago, I traveled around Colombia extensively and have a lot of great memories. Based on the urging of this wonderful community I decided to give Casarao another shot, and wow am I glad I did. I arrived on Thursday around 11 pm and after a half hour of milling about with my beer I saw a woman who would be al all star at Scandallo. Unfortunately everyone else sees her too, and while I passed her a few times she isn't alone for a minute all night. I walk a bit more and see another girl with dark hair who looks to be my type. I chat her up and things seem to be going well, I buy her a drink, but when I ask how much she tells me R700 for an hour. I tell her R400 is what I was thinking, and somewhat surprisingly she held firm. We part ways fairly amicably, and I'm back on the hunt. Maybe 20 minutes later I find a girl with a red hair, a tall slim frame, cute little butt, big tits and a gorgeous face. Very quickly I knew I wanted to take her next door, so I offer R400 for an hour, she counters with R500, I accept and off we go. It's important to note here that the hotel does not have enough rooms to really accommodate the demand. Frequently you will get stuck sitting in the lobby waiting for a room, and the line can be 20+ couples long. It also means that they do a fairly shit job of cleaning the rooms, so just be aware. Anyway we finally make it to the room, and the girl was fantastic. Her clothes came off and I instantly knew I made the right choice, and the service was really hot and passionate. I happen to see all star there, also waiting for her ride and chat her up briefly. While Bomboa and Scandallo are strict about scheduling for the girls, Casarao seems to be very flexible. Because of that, I imagine a lot of hot but unreliable girls find their way there.

Friday night I decide Casarao is worth another trip. The landscape is fairly bleak, but at 12:30 pm the redhead from the previous night enters the room. I flag her down and five minutes later we go next door. She absolutely delivers again, and I make my way back to the bar. We finally get the room and her service was fantastic, and somehow her ass was even more amazing than it looked in the dress.

Finally I wrapped up my trip with a Saturday at Scandallo. I hadn't been to the club on a weekend in forever, and it looked like the apocalypse. Don't get me wrong it was an apocalypse you'd kill for anywhere else, but for Scandallo it was barren. I talk with a girl at the bar to pass the time, but its just polite conversation and I preempt it by saying I'm leaving shortly. With my time in Sao Paulo dwindling fast I was tempted to make a third run to Casarao. I make my way to the elevator, for the first time ready to leave Scandallo without fucking, and see a cute girl on the sofa looking incredibly bored. I walk over and ask to sit. She doesn't speak English, but after an introduction with my three lines of Portuguese I break out the translator and offer her a drink. We make our way to the patio and the chemistry is insane. We're flirting and making out, passing my phone back and forth for the translator, and after maybe 45 minutes of that I offer her R800 to go upstairs. Off we go, and once we were in the room this girl was mind blowing. It was the perfect blend of passionate, sweet, and filthy. If I was here one more week I'd want to fuck her seven more times. A lot of people, mostly in person, try to convince me that Scandallo isn't worth it. They say the clinica girls are just as good, and while I'm sure there is plenty of overlap in terms of girls, the sex I've had with Scandallo girls is consistently on another level in terms of passion and intensity. You do have to be picky, and be willing to so no to otherwise attractive women, but its so rewarding to find the right ones. Its also not easy on the wallet, but when I'm back home I'll be thinking about these women for months. One thing to note, it sounds like there is now an R1,000 minimum charge when paying a girl with a card at the hotel. I can't confirm it personally, but it was something I heard so I wanted to pass it along.

In closing my one piece of advice I took from this trip that I'd like to share is if a girl is difficult, she's almost certainly not worth it. I don't care how good she looks or how much your dick is begging to be inside her, if she is really jamming you up on price or getting pushy about something, she isn't going to have a better attitude in the room. That's not to say any of those women are terrible or bad fucks, but if you're in Brazil you are literally surrounded by dozens of better options. Let her go and find one of them.

Question for you: After Scandallo, what is currently your 2nd and 3rd favorite places? (Could include casas, escort site, etc).

Scandallo is my favorite place simply because it ranks at the top in almost all the criteria I find important in a hobbying venue for Brazil (quantity of girls, quality of girls, ambiance, setting, comfort, ability to window shop and vet, etc.) The main drawbacks in relations to other venues in Brazil is the cost and minimum time / convenience. I order online, or just drop by for a quick lunch break like I can at a clinica, but those venues' drawbacks usually outweighs the pros for me.

My other favorite places I like to go to depends on my mood and schedule. Going to Scandallo day in and day out can get boring too! Instead, I'll list 5 of my favorite alternatives to Scandallo that I find enjoyable (in no particular oder).

1 a) Oro Spa – Higher end clinica / massage: Decent location, nice modern luxury facilities comparable to a nice spa / 4 star hotel. IPad lineup, helpful management (George, who speaks English is great) that will give you advice on which girl provides good service, has natural body, speaks English, etc. They have a minimum level of guaranteed GFE service provided. They solicit feedback and complaints seriously according to my friends who are regulars. R610 for 60 min.

1 b) The Palms. Higher end clinica / massage: Good central location, luxury facilities with a more natural outdoor feel and cabana rooms. IPad lineup, helpful management (Gabo, who speaks English is great) that will give you advice on which girl provides good service, has natural body, speaks English, etc. They have a minimum level of guaranteed GFE service provided. They solicit feedback and complaints seriously according to my friends who are regulars. R650 for 60 min.

1 c) Lotus Lounge – Similar to 1 a) Oro Spa in almost every way and close to the Palms. They are more tech savy and have videos in the iPad presentation. They also have a member only schedule update with full face pics online. No English speaking management. R650 for 60 min.

2) Casarao – Raunchy, loud and caters to locals and more regular Joes type of club / boate: Very good location near Av. Paulista (Rua Augusta) in a bit seedier part of town. Cheap entry R50 consumption (I didn't ask about the only admission option, but I think it was R30). If you like the sluttier, trashier, MILFier, darker skinned, bigger women with fake assets, then you are in heaven. The place does not lack in quantity and variety of women, but I found the majority to be in the categories I listed above.

The place doesn't get hopping until like midnight, but when it gets busy during the weekdays, it is super packed. The place is bigger than Bomboa and probably similar in size to Café Photo, but just a different layout. At times it feels as busy or busier than Scandallo on musical guest nights. There is a hotel next door and you can also pay an exit fee (R150?) to take a girl out. There is a 40 min (30 min in reality as the extra time is to clean up) for the girls as well as a 70 min option. The girls usually will take for 250-300 for 30 and 300 to 500 for one hour. Overnights can go from 500 to 1,000. So basically about ½ the price of a Scandallo girl.

I've seen some girls from Scandallo, Café Photo and Bomboa come here, after striking out at the first boate. I know they struck out because I saw them at the other club only 2-3 hours ago without any customers! So when guys say you can find Scandallo girls in Casarao, they are technically correct. But they are usually the girls no one found appealing in the first club. So to say average Scandallo girls = average Casarao girls in quality is misleading. But everyone has different tastes so perhaps the trashy PSE look is more your cup of tea.

3 a, be and c) Tangara, Moema Prime and Abbobora – regular clinicas / massage. My 3 favorite clinicas and in good locations. Big lineup, good quality girls, service has a bigger range than the higher end clinicas, but I've had some amazing service from girls at all 3. Pricing is very affordable from 190,240 to 330 (for the 3 different clinicas) for 60 min.

4) Bomboa – Higher end boate: Great convenient location. Has a very homey feel, like you would find in a nice Latina restaurant with live music. The atmosphere and energy is very nice and decently lively, without it being too loud or overbearing. A lot of girls for its size (usually 50-75 girls and smaller than Casarao by a tad). Good variety and lots of pretty young women of all shapes and sizes. Pricing is on average a little less than Scandallo. R5-700 for 60 min and 800 to 1,500 for overnight. It's my main Scandallo backup when I want to see a different set, but similar quality of girls, when compared to Scandallo. Min consumption has been bumped up to R300.

5) Café Photo – Luxury boate: Great convenient location. I've basically given up on Café Photo as a backup to Scandallo, as they have so little women now (anywhere from 25 to 40) and the girls ask for almost as much as Scandallo. I like the logistics (setting, location, service from the staff and lack of an exit fee), but they lack in what matters most, a lot of hot women to choose from. They have 1/6th to 1/10th the amount of girls when compared to Scandallo. The average quality is only slightly worse compared to Scandallo, but when their lineup is so much smaller, you can easily leave the place empty handed if all the hot ones are occupied. There is only one point I slightly disagree with: your rationale for why mongering prices are going up worldwide. As with everything in economics, it is fundamentally a question of supply and demand. Demand is going up because a lot more guys are in on the action. This is due the Internet (YouTube, IG, etc) informing everyone, a growing upper-middle class in many countries (Korea, China, now India), and the rich getting richer (as you pointed out). There has also been a decrease in the supply. This is partially due a decline in birth rates. In Brazil, around 1980, a woman on average would give birth to four children. In 2000, it's only two. That means the supply of girls in their 20's is half of what of what it was twenty years ago. There are similar trends in other countries including Thailand. Also, in many countries although the standard of living is low, it is not as low as it was 20 years ago. So women don't need to do this kind of work as much. So we are seeing an increase in prices more than inflation due to both an increase in demand and a decrease in supply (of quality talent). This trend of mongering prices outpacing inflation will only continue.

You make a very valid point in regards to the increase in the price of the working girls globally. However, my comments were about the increase in pricing of the cover and min consumption for Scandallo, which has very little correlation to what the girls ask / accept from the guys.

I believe my only point about the increase in mongering prices is that it has increased anywhere from 40% to 150% globally. So I actually don't find the increase in mongering prices in Sao Paulo, and of the Scandallo girls specifically, to be that bad. This is especially true, when I see mostly the upward shift mostly in the ceiling of the price range, with the floor pricing still attainable.

Thanks for telling me how to monger Nounce (rolling eyes). I'm not doing anything "wrong". No, I know what I like and that's what I go for. Brazil and Germany with their termas and FKK cultures are my numbers 1 and 2. How can I even be doing Colombia "wrong" when it doesn't even have anything like that LOL! Of course each has its advantages and disadvantages. I've already considered and weighed those a long time ago and concluded that Colombia's advantages are for me outweighed by the advantages of Brazil and Germany. If you have some advice to offer about mongering in a place fine, but stop telling somebody else they're "doing it wrong". People have their own likes and dislikes, and there is no one "correct way" to monger. I don't know how many times that has to be said. Apparently a lot!
