It has the layout of a boate, but operates as a clinica during the day. There is a small lobby area when you enter with a sofa to the side, so you can sit and ask for a presentation lineup when you enter.
Alternatively, you can do inside the club and walk around. The girls see usually chilling at the sofas in the main lounge area, although some might be in the restaurant in the back or the smoking area off to the side. There is also a bar in the lounge area that you can order drinks. The place isn't posh and the decor a bit dated. Almost like a low key bar and lounge you would find in a small town.
I've visited about 4 x, 3 x during the day and 1 x at night (around 10 pm). The talent level is on par with the other clinicas in the area. There were between 6 to 10 girls during the day. Some other punters have said it can get busier in the evening, especially after 9 pm, when other girls from other Moema clinicas finish their shift and move over to here to finish their night at 57. I didn't find that to be the case during my one evening visit, as I still only saw about 8-10 girls at 9 pm (think it was on a Thursday or Friday).
At night (after 7 or 8 pm), it operates as a boate and you negotiate with the girl directly. I forgot whether there was an admission or minimum consumption or not, but if there was, it was minimal (R 50 or less). I didn't take anyone onsite during my visits, but always saw one girl I was interested in. The reason I didn't was due to me being with friends they were always interested in the same girl! I always deferred to them and let them do the test drive. I did get the digits of the girls from my friends after their session, if they had a good time, and saw the girls outside the club. One girl stood out there for me and she works there from time to time. Her name is Maya / Mya / Mia.

I gave a rundown of some boates in SP here:
http://www.internationalsexguide.nl/...264&viewfull=1#post2725264.
But to further elaborate, no matter how nice a place, it still comes down to the quantity and quality is the girls.
I really want to like Cafe Photo, as it's posh, have great waiter service and the setup allows one to see most of the girls from the lounge as it's mostly one open circular space, with a balcony restaurant and smoking room on the second floor. Here is a drone tour of the space:

Logistically, Cafe Photo is great for me as I can relax and scope out most of the girls from my seat in the main lounge area without moving much. The girls at Cafe Photo also won't approach you on their own. At Scandallo, I often have to keep moving from room to room to fully scope out the talent.
I also usually only takes girls out so the lack of a takeout fee is also a plus. I can have the option of taking girls to my place or a love motel with themed rooms, depending on my mood without extra fees.
But the main problem with Cafe Photo is the low numbers of girls on site. It usually only has 1/3 to 1/6th the amount of girls when compared to Scandallo. I've always seen at least a couple girls I am interested in at Cafe Photo, but often times are occupied with others and unavailable. Of the 5 or 6 times I've visited, I've left empty handed about 50% of the time and moved on to another boate. Which is not a great ratio when the cost of entry / consumption is on par with Scandallo.
Cafe Photo also appears to be more of an "early" evening boate. I found the best talents at around 8 to 10 pm. Basically it is like a one shift situation. Girls arrive between 7 to 8. And then gets picked over or they leave and move on to other boates / parties if they feel the club is quiet.
You don't see an infusion of girls coming in later in the evening like in Scandallo or Casarao, where things get hopping at 10 pm+ (Scandallo) or 12 am+ (Casarao). At Cafe Photo, things die down at 11 pm or so.
I've said I'd not return to Cafe Photo more than once, but curiosity sometimes gets me to go back. Apparently, I like to give second, third and fourth chances.
Cafe Photo is a decent change of pace for regular Scandallo visitors, but be prepared to move on to another boate after your visit. Thankfully, Bomboa is nearby and Bahamas and Gauguin Club are like a 10 min Uber away.
Speaking of Gauguin Club, has anyone been there recently? Thinking of checking out out on my next trip, along with Bahamas.

Posts: 130Did anyone catch the graphic video of the massacre that occurred at the pool hall in Moto grosso? It is a chilling reminder that this could happen to any of us. If you wish to view it, here is a link. This is why I just try to stay away from any confrontation in the us and Brazil whether I'm right or wrong. Even with random girls, we have to becareful too because some could work in groups with other people and be up to no good.

Posts: 130I've been to Scandalo so many times that I'm looking to switch it up a little this time. In total, I've visited the club 16 times and it's starting to feel a bit repetitive. Has anyone been to any of the clubs in the smaller cities of Sao Paulo? I'm not talking about Campinas, since it's a relatively big city, but more like the smaller towns in Sao Paulo? I'm sure it would be a much more interesting experience with a different atmosphere.

Thanks for the full rundown on Bomboa Axel, and I'd add that I used to enjoy 57 at night quite a bit but I feel like the quality is not where it was even three months ago.
As far as Bahamas goes, I went 4-5 times at varying hours over two trips. The entry gets pretty steep after a certain hour (21 maybe?) and the girls would ask me for R800+. My conclusion was ultimately that if I'm going to pay Scandallo prices, I'm going to go to Scandallo. In fairness to Bahamas it is a nice looking place, and there are nice looking girls. Maybe I'll have to try it once more on a busy night, and give the food a shot.
To the person asking about my ranking on Cafe Photo, my experience was limited. I went one time, and started out being very unnerved when they asked to scan my finger print to get in. I went along with it, but it really didn't sit well with me. As for the girls, there was a decent selection and I saw a few I was interested in, but they were occupied so I never got to really explore options. This place also has no rooms on site, and while I like brining girls back to my hotel I generally prefer to screen them once at a club and only invite them back if I know they're fun / sane. Cafe Photo and Scandallo have a decent bit of crossover from what girls tell me, so I imagine its not a bad spot overall if you're comfortable with those few caveats.

You can get TIM chip (They call a SIM card chip in Brazil) at any newspaper stand or store, then register yourself in English. The key is you need help to get to that English speaking agent on your cell with your new number. The first time, my Airbnb host did it. Later I did it myself with help. You can bring your phone with SIM to any TIM store and ask them to register for you or help you get to the English speaking agent. You need your passport number and maybe the address of the place you are staying. You can even get the store to help you get to the English speaking agent if the store is not too busy.
