I am currently in Sao Paulo (SP is used on Twitter and other websites). My second trip and been here a week.

First, you will quickly notice the beauty of the average Brazilian as you explore. Ok, I got your attention. The beauty of the average woman you will see here is NOT good. Streets, restaurants, malls, wherever. I would venture most are below average in looks and overweight.

Second, compared to Colombia, the pedestrian is not a target. People are not arrogant buttwipe drivers, though you will see high end cars in the Moema area.

Clinicas this trip. Went to four so far. You won't see alot of silicone at lower end places. I saw one doll at club 57, but she had a bit of arrogance about her. So never approached her.

This. Because everyone has a preference on body type and looks so each clinica will have different showing. If you like a nicer room, I've been to Carinas and it definitely has a nicer room with a lot of mirror to see your own action, although you can only see the girls through a tablet. I believe Abbobora has nicer room as well based on posts.

As I have been RTFF'ing in preparation for my upcoming first trip to So Paulo, I have not noticed that any specific clinicas seem to stand out strongly or clearly from the others, or at least not to the degree that the club Scandallo stands out in a class by itself, head and shoulders above all other clubs. Even with the casas in Medellin (I am a Colombia vet), New Life, Energy, and Loutron stand out among the casas. Many individual guys strongly like certain clinicas or dislike other ones, but I did not see a clear pattern or ranking overall.

Is it fair to say that the differences between the clinicas are not as big as the differences between the clubs, and that there is less of a hierarchy among them? Is it even fair to say that they are not that different from and quite similar to each other?

Or, in your opinion and experience, are there certain clinicas that really distinguish themselves from the others, for better or for worse? Are there any specific "go-to" clinicas that you would recommend more highly for a first-time SP visitor who is otherwise a seasoned monger, like I would recommend New Life or Energy in Medellin? What is the status of the on-site / nearby session rooms at Cafe Photo? I saw when I was RTFF'ing for my upcoming trip that their on-site session rooms or nearby motel was / were unavailable as of February 2022. What is the current status of those renovations? Are on-site / nearby rooms still unavailable? If so, are they still waiving the exit fees to take girls off-site, since on-site / nearby sessions are impossible?

Question: Do you feel safe and secure going to a GP's place? I would feel you could be placed in a sketchy situation and bad service could be the norm. Also you have no recourse if things go south.

I now always figure out how to get out after entering before seeing the girl. Usually it is a button located somewhere but not always. If a girl is charging 400 or more, the place likely won't be too bad. I think there is a relationship between the quality of the session with the quality of the room. Some have nice one bedroom, and clean towel wrapped in plastic for every session, these sessions have been mostly good.

Staying in an Airbnb in an apartment building this trip. Close to the mall in Moema. Will be here for over a month.

First night met up with my last trips favorite Scandallo gal. Tier 2, solid 7. Tall thinner gal. Pizza and stayed the night. Negotiated for 900 prior to trip. She hates her work at Scandallo. I told her I would see her a few times a week and she was happy to stay the night for 900. BBFS and CIM.

I've heard of some stories of how there was a guy or pimp hiding in the other room or closet to protect the girl but those guys always found their girls on PA which is why I never use it. It's too sketchy and shady stuff like this.

Cancelations are not a problem for me because I rarely use call girl services. 99% of the girls I invite over are Boate girls I already know and have very good relations with. They never cancel and are very rarely late. But once in a blue moon I do reach out to a call girl if she is really hot. When I make plans with a call girl it is always for the same day. No 2 or 3 days in advance. If we arrange to meet at my hotel, I will pick a convenient time when I have nothing else to do like between 6 pm & 8 pm. That way my plans are never at risk if the girl is a no show. I will give a girl an hour leeway. If she has not arrived within an hour of our agreed time, the date is off, and I get ready to visit a boate instead. Going to a girl's apartment is a viable alternative, however, which can also be a lot of fun. Just check google maps to see where she lives before making final plans. I'm going to SP in 3 days and this is what I fear for the most part.

I've been to SP 3 times now and the options are vast and fantastic which is good and bad thing.

Good thing is you'll have tons of options and have something different everynight (sometimes I want a blonde, sometimes a redhead, sometimes a girl with tan lines and others just porcelain pale).

Bad thing is that it can be overwhelming at some points and when things fall apart you really feel it because you know you had other options. Do you pick to stay in and have a girl come over, go out and try your luck at the boates or just call a try and true girl you sessioned before? So many options.

I find that meeting a girl at her place is more likely to secure the meet since they don't have to rush and get dolled up and then order a cab and all that. Not my favorite since I like the rooms I pick when staying sao paulo but is best for less headaches if you don't mind.

SP is a big and crazy city. Everyone is busy and the hustle and bustle is real.
