    Is that right?

So saying that everybody accepts cash (making cash king) is outdated information? Hahaha! That's just a plain silly assertion. Let me tell you something. I've traveled to Brazil far, far more times than these newbies writing reports (and you too). And what I know is that some things just don't change. Go around using a credit card willy nilly in Brazil if you want to, and you're just asking for trouble. And don't think you can't be skim scammed just because somebody scanned the card right in front of you (read / heard of that happening too)! If anything, people are more desperate now in these challenging times making things even worse. I will continue to use cash heavily (I mean why not everybody accepts it LOL) with a nice mix of bills that I always have to help in making change.

And when I withdraw that cash from the ATMs, I will always use the precautions that have been discussed on this board many, many times over the years. Plus I will get any and all ATM fees returned to me because my bank refunds them. Works for me, and I don't ever have to worry about any of my credit cards being compromised by a thief. I will use a credit card here and there for certain things, like hotels and higher end restaurants and stores (I didn't say I never use a credit card in Brazil), but I will be selective and judicious in such use. Of course, you could get robbed of cash right (so far never happened not even close knock on wood). Well another well-known principle is never carry more cash on you at one time than you're willing to lose.

It all comes with risks. I'll take the risk of acquiring and spending cash over letting every Tomas, Ricardo, and Jorge have access to my credit card info. At any rate, I don't buy (no pun intended) that things have changed so much in Brazil in such a relatively little amount of time to where you don't have to worry about using a credit card there anymore. Show me some reliable hard facts and data somewhere, and then maybe. Until then, I won't be ignoring history as the best predictor of the future is the past. For me, that means spending mostly in cash, and using a credit card selectively here and there. All have been warned. Don't let a "skim scam man" do it to you!

Cash vs Card and other tidbits.

You are right to a point about cash. Yes, everybody accepts cash. What happened to me on MANY occasions was the scramble to get me change for even small purchases with small bills. I also noted what the locals were using and that is what changed my mind about cash vs cards. Not sure what kind of cards they use (credit vs debt), but my guess is they were using a card 95 plus percent of the time. Even at the self-serve laundry mat. So yes, cash is accepted but it was often more of a hassle. I NEVER saw anyone using cash at a restaurant including Burger King and McDonalds.

Your card skimmer issue is not an issue with me. I get instant notifications if my card is used. My card never left my site and yes it could happen. Not arguing that point. But it could happen as easily here in the good 'ole USA as Brazil.

Thanks for the compliment, though I made some errors in the report. I appreciate the info you have provided in the past.

What I would add / correct about my report:

SP woman WIN the performance aspect vs. Medellin. I reflected a bit and hands down SP wins, though I just had some fantastic sessions in Medellin as of last week.

Scandallo expectations. I finally came up with in my mind what I envisioned Scandallo woman would be like PRIOR to my trip and in reality having visited on several nights.

I was hoping the gals would be like the 50 (that are all lined up with briefcases from DEAL OR NO DEAL show from years back. Nothing close to that. Again, 80 plus percent of the females were undoable for me. There were some that were in fact fat, ugly or both. I had one gigantic beast come up to me and said, "let's go, you can fuck me in the ass". GROSS.

If you plan a trip and plan to be in SP for more than 10 days, plan ahead for activities, things to do besides monger.

I used to travel with lots of cash on me in the beginning, but now I just use my ATM card to withdraw whatever money I need each day (my bank reimburses any and all ATM fees). Yes, have some credit cards for selective uses (I have paid hotel bills with a credit card for example). But otherwise I say operate mostly in cash when in Brazil. Your credit card might get declined (or worse yet skimmed), but everybody takes cash! Don't know what happened to give you a different impression.

Definitely high CC usage in SP. First time when I was in SP, I went to the mall and tried to get coffee at a shop. Gave her my CC and the machine didn't take the card, and then I gave her what I had is 50 R, and she didn't have change in the register so I had to walk to another coffee shop to buy some coffee. They don't expect you to use cash.

As Jet69 said, credit card usage is very high in SP and Rio. I had used them everywhere including restaurants, clubs, stores and small shops during my first couple of trips to SP. After a food court merchant in Ibirapuera mall charged my CC R500 for a R25 bill, I am bit careful with where I use my CC. Luckily I noticed the charge so I could able to dispute it and get my money back.

Cash is still accepted everywhere but I have noticed some merchants had trouble breaking bills (maybe because of low cash usage) and visibly annoyed when I used cash.

    Sugar Dating Yields Fruit

3rd week in SP, I feel I'm finally understanding the options better and getting what I want. Which is one or two sugar babies for the few months I'm here.

After a hint from a girl I met on Seeking, I started using MeuPatrocinio which is a local sugar dating website. Vastly more options than Seeking, however fewer to none girls who speak any English. Some prices seemed a bit lower (Seeking has gringo pricing) but for the good options, it wasn't much difference. *Notably, many of the university girls I met there are less interested in short-term relationships, having had medium to long-term relationships in the past with rich Brazilians.

Last week I met a cute Instagram influencer there and we had two dates, both at great restaurants, good conversation (in my broken but improving Portuguese), and sex was good too. She also works online and loves traveling so we may do that together.

I really hit the jackpot towards the end of the week, where I met a 21 year old college student, gym body with similar dietary preferences and interests (since when are cute girls into video games? We spoke constantly throughout the evening about everything including her ex and my visits to sex clubs. Sex was amazing. She commended on liking my dick (I'm very average) and how she really liked some of the sexual positions we tried. The next day I'm getting messages about her missing me and some difficult to translate comments about a "ring". Made plans for another date this week where she'll spend the night.

Other notable highlights from this week:

    - Scandallo on Thursday night as usual requires staying up until 10-11 pm to find a good option. Met a smoking hot darker skinned girl with enhanced chest and big ass. I'm not usually into thicker girls but her face was a 10, and her body was very proportional. Her performance was a bit more GFE than other Scandallo girls, but still relatively low effort for her. I came twice and we exchanged contact information.

    - Went to Lotus Lounge and met another cute girl who provided great GFE. Sadly, I had more tingling feelings in the lips and some neck pain the next few days. Due to health risks I'll forgo clinicas and other high volume girls in the future. Which is so sad because these girls have the best personalities imo. Completely submissive and very experienced at sex.

    - Went to Cafe Photo (not Foto) on Saturday. Dead. Bunch of fat girls, old girls and black girls. No thanks. Very impressed by the building and staff. Good music. Want to see the place succeed because it's closer than Scandallo. Even so, not a location to go to during the weekend. The main takeaways here are, when in Brazil, act like a Brazilian. Meet your hot girls during the week and make plans with them for the weekend. The clubs (including Scandallo) aren't so great on weekends.

    Falar Portoguese como um japones.

    Falar Portoguese como um japones.

Vagabundo has been watching various Youtube channels about how to learn the local culture, and this one caught my eye, and seems appropo to the SP thread. Because SP is the biggest concentration of Japanese outside of Japan, apparently (correct me if I am wrong). Since Vagabundo is part of the masterace of eurasians (a joke), he is attuned to racial differences more than most.

I don't have a desire to monger every day for the rest of my life, modestly or otherwise. I've never wanted that. I have plenty of other interests besides mongering LOL! However, I do want to monger periodically throughout the year extravagantly hehehe!

Wow, your first time in Brazil but I feel like you know more than all of us LOL.

So you met Oscar Maroni? Bald guy who owns Bahamas? He's actually pretty famous. His daughter was a contestant on Masterchef Brazil haha.

Quick background, I am on the wrong side of 60, try and stay in ok shape. I budgeted a little extra for a 12 day stay in SP. I prefer slimmer gals vs. The big ass types. I have traveled extensively, so am well versed in the sport. I read thru the last 100 pages of the ISG forum and took extensive notes for my trip. There are too many posters to thank, but to those that have posted trip reports a BIG thanks!

This was my first trip to Brazil. Skipped Rio. Don't care for beaches / tourist spots.

I was solo the entire trip. Was hoping to meet some ISG members, but it was not a priority and did not happen. Did communicate with a few and they were helpful.

    Quick tips.

Cash is almost never used in Sao Paulo. Bring at least 2 credit cards. Credit cards are used everywhere. The only time I used cash was to pay a girl. ATM card and cash as a back up. Exception was shopping at the mall. My international credit card would not always get accepted at the stores. This is normal. It's not your card, its their card scanner that can't accept the card. Never an issue at a club or restaurant.

I stayed in Moema. The Mercure Hotel was good for my initial stay of 11 nights. Looks much nicer from the outside, but is adequate. I NEVER had an issue bringing a girl back. Simply walked directly to the elevator with the gal in tow.

Moema is safe. Brazilian food (spices?) was just ok. The small mom and pop places did not have anything appetizing for me.

Uber black or comfort. The basic Uber often canceled. Especially at night, use black.

Clothes. During May I experienced some cool / cold weather. Jeans are the norm. Bring some long sleeved shirts for the nights. Shorts are ok for Sunday walks. There is a giant park close to Moema. Tons of people on weekends.

Go to Sao Paulo (SP from here on in) knowing it's a huge city with not much to do unless you speak Portuguese. I went knowing 0 words. I did fine, but there is A LOT of down time unless you prepare. I brought my firestick loaded with programs to watch T. V. And movies. Forgot my book / kindle.

First and foremost, Sao Paulo is MUCH more expensive than say Medellin, Colombia. I was in SP in May and Medellin in July. For those on a budget or just don't like to spend much, Sao Paulo is NOT for you unless you do the afternoon / evening places (clinicas).

Brief trip report from May as I got lazy to write a report, but owe it to the few that have contributed to my trip.

Long ass flight from Chicago with layover in Panama. Got to my room 2 am Uber from Airport to hotel a breeze. Quick hint, after being in Colombia dozens and dozens of times, I just assumed to sit in front right seat of Uber. The norm is to sit in the back, like a taxi. Medellin is different, sit in the front so you don't look like you are in a pay-4-ride car.

My first day was a Monday and I had planned not much going on after dark. I explored the area on foot and it was safe. Based on a review posted here on ISG I scheduled a meeting in a nearby hotel with a gal from one of the escort sites. Hotel guest required ID, took my photo and called her room. Waited for 10 minutes and was sent up. Girl was pretty but my spider alarm said she was not the girl. Did not leave as she was pretty enough. No shower offered (strange to me and another red flag) but I was horny and ready for some Brazil action. No greeting kisses offered (yes, I know but this was my first time in Brazil) and I later learned this is unusual. Off came my clothes and she then wants money up front. Naked and now knowing I was with a crap gal, I went thru with the deal. Brazilian encounter number 1 was a bust. I left with a WTF thought process thinking SP was not going to be for me.

Clinicas day 2. I had stopped in at Clinica 57 the day before and checked out the talent. Several doable gals around 2 pm, but a roster of only 5. This day I went for the lineup at Abbobora. Gals come out from a back room (all clinicas basically do same accept for tablet based places) and introduce themselves. I can barley hear what they say and never can understand their names. Maybe 10 gals presented and 2 of them were at least 8's. Desk gal asked my choice and I had no clue. I asked for a list of the girls names and she wrote them down, but was not overly pleasant about it. Waited for another guest to arrive so I could see the lineup again and was able to choose a gal. Cost, around 60 USA For an hour and service was very good. DFK, BBBJ and then covered. I don't do anal. Not my thing.

I returned to Abborora 2 or 3 other times and had good service. One finished with CIM.

Doesn't pay to describe each of the other Clinicas but the drill is the same. My only advice is to take a pen and paper and write the names down of the girls you like. Also, write down the addresses of each as google maps was off on Moema Prime and I initially could not find it.

I did not think I would like the tablet based lineups but gave one of them a try. Lotus Lounge, short uber ride away. They have a website. This was my go to place but much more expensive. I think it was 130 ish USA For an hour. Rooms were much nicer, no mattress on the floor crap. Decent shower / hotub. You never see the gal until she enters the room. Four sessions at the place with one repeat. One just average session and 3 were worth every penny.

Night Clubs (Boates). Damn they start late but I love the hunt. Started out with the top place, Scandallo. Yup, 80 ish bucks to enter. Every one of the places operates pretty much the same. Doorman pats you down, you enter and there were like 8 receptionists to present your ID too. Have a GOOD copy of your passport. I was almost not allowed in with a copy I had folded and unfolded a few times. ALL of the clubs give you a CREDIT CARD to account for your drinks. You pay when you leave at each club and pay an exit fee if you take a gal with. So my first impression? Eighty-ninety percent of the available woman at 10 pm Not my type. But with 100-150 available woman, 20 were VERY doable. Good thing they dress nice and most are not aggressive. Some are and I was asked on more than one occasion to buy a drink for someone I had no interest in. I did not see anything above an 8. 5 my first night.

Before I forget, I am no Bratt Pitt, but have a sense of humor. Given the chance I can have girls enjoying some laughs even without much Portuguese. Prior to my trip I had planned on sample testing the girls on site prior to any invites to my hotel. I quickly broke this goal. I only had one session on site.

I won't give an every night replay of my trip, those get boring and everyone has different experiences based on their personality and budget.

My first night at Scandallo a tall model body type sat next to me at the bar. Long legs peaking out from underneath the slit in her dress. Smiles exchanged and the next 2 hours it was full on flirting and drinks. She was not a drink * but I kept offering. Full on DFK and her hand was stroking me whenever she could. Told her upfront, not going to session that night. Too much too drink and if the effort to screw and finish at my age, not going to happen. Got her number, gave her 200 reals, and said goodnight. Next day negotiations. Got her down to 1000 to spend the night. Spent several nights with her and ended up BBFS, something I rarely do. My last night in SP I TOOK her to Scandallo. Ate, drank and she invited her friends (some HOT) to DFK with us. Two girls and me DFK. I bought them drinks and was offered three sums, but passed.

Went to 3 other clubs during my stay. Casarao Augusta, 30 minute uber ride from Moema. 50 real entry and talent level was less, but still a FEW doable and I picked up 3 out of there. Caf Foto. Went once and it is classy and smaller. Girls don't approach. Would go back. Bahamas in Moema. Not mentioned much here but worth stopping in. Met the owner who claimed he owned Penthouse and Hustler magazine business in Brazil.

Bottom line, is it worth going to SP? Yes and no.

My 11 night trip turned into 24. I got Covid there. No need to go into details as the required test to return to USA Not needed. But getting sick in Brazil. Not good.

Comparing Medellin, Colombia to Sao Paulo. I have been to Medellin DOZENS of times over the past 8 years. I wanted to try something different as Medellin has become over-run with tourists / mongers. Areas that were fun to go to 5 years ago have turned into tourist rip of places because of the ignorant and boisterous. Just my opinion.

Beauty of woman: Overall the prettiest woman of the two countries is Colombia. During my almost 1 month stay in SP, the woman I saw on the streets, everyday woman, are of no comparison to the beauty of woman in Colombia. With that said, the working woman of both countries are fantastic.

    Winner: Medellin.

Availability: Sao Paulo is a MUCH bigger city and with that probably had more available. The plus for SP is there are more clubs at night to go to that offer the female gender for us that are willing to shell out some $$ Medellin has 4 or 5 known strip clubs, Gustos in Parque Lleras (overpriced for what is available) and the mansion (mostly sub-par gals). SP has escort sites and many more clinicas to hunt in.

    Winner: Sao Paulo.

Cost: Flight to and from SP going to be higher. Travel time longer. Hotels in each are comparable. I suspect SP has more hotels that are guest friendly. I stayed in two different hotels in SP and neither had an issue or asked for ID from my guests I walked in with. Daytime action in both places can be had for on the cheap, but Medellin had some places for 25 bucks and hour. Overall girls going to be at least twice the cost in SP vs. Medellin. Gems can be found in both places. I JUST returned from Medellin and had several all night sessions for $75 USA These are NON-fatties that would get glanced at walking anywhere. Remember, I am on the wrong side of 60. Night clubs for p4 p in SP extremely expensive. But I was there to enjoy. I did not throw money around, would not buy random drinks, but I like to enjoy 6-8 beers over a period of 4-5 hours and buy a few lady drinks. Always spend 120-160 USA Per average night on entry and drinks. That did not include taking a lady out.

Average I paid for guest to come to my hotel next day 130 US My favorite spend the night for $200. US I always paid in reals, but easier for some to use dollars here for comparision. My average session in Medellin in my hotel for an hour plus was 65-75 US Overnights I also got for 75, but I took them out for drinks / food.

    Cost winner: Medellin.

Performace: This is the toughest one. I am a firm believer in YOUR personality (fun factor). Some guys like kissing, some like anal, well you get the drift. If you are there just to pound out as many as you can, Medellin wins. This past trip I kept down to 5 gals. Repeated with 3, as I enjoyed the GFE / PSE. Found a 21 year old who was over the top and never been with a gringo. Diamond.

Overall Brazilian gals were almost always performers. Sometimes I could not finish, old age / booze, and the woman seemed frustrated if I did not finish. Tried to finish with the help of my own hand with one gal and she would not allow it! Sucked until SHE was happy.

    Perfomance: TIE Too many variables.

Apologize if the report is a bit scattered and hard to read. My word processor has crashed a dozen times and it became frustrating. Feel free to PM me for opinions. OH, I will be back in SP in September for the month. Expensive. But I am not getting any younger.

Excellent report -- Medellin info needed

At Jet69 this is an excellent report. Thanks so much. Next time, you may stay in Bouborn Conventional Hotel or Tuse flat hotet. It's more convenient and you may walk to all those clinicas in Moema.

I am going to Medellin in a couple of weeks. It'd be my first time. I was browsing Medellin forum but couldn't find reports like this one of yours. Could you please provide some information / advise such as where to stay and where to hunt?

    Thanks.

Night clubs for P4P in SP extremely expensive.

Yes, it was a natural butt

    Sure, Wyattearp.

That ass was natural, and TBH being from a girl in her mid twenties, bit african brazilian, she already had some stretch marks near the ass when standing. But once in doggy, it was the way I like them when big size, and smooth skin. Some models when they don't sleep enough hours, keep water in their bottom tissues.

It felt like a cushion, my balls smoothly stopped when I was fucking her from behind. A different feeling when you fuck a tight small fitness ass for example.

I'm sure she spent lots of money on skin care and focalized massages. These girls live in spas after hours.

    Jajajajaja.

I'm not trying to criticize her. I am genuinely interested in your opinion and if her ass has some augmentation how does it feel.
