They buy back their stock and do all kinds of shady practices and then ask for another bailout.

I never met an English speaker there ever that I can recall. Reminds me of the story of how American Airlines had a $250 K lifetime membership program where you'd fly anywhere unlimited anywhere around the world first class where AA traveled to for life.

They had to hire a special unit to check on the pass holders as some were costing american airline 1 Mil plus their companion were able to rack up tens of millions of miles as well as taxes and airport fees paid for by the airline.

They had to sue some of them and it wasn't profitable for the airline.

I always carry light: just a backpack (personal item) and a carry on luggage.

Always wasted time waiting for luggage in the rotating belt and although I never lost a luggage, this help to avoid it ever happening.

I always found that I overpacked and never ended up using all the extra clothes and such. I always buy some touristy clothes anyways since it's so cheap.

If you ever do ditch a connecting flight like I've done, just never check in a bag and you're golden pretty much.

Thats the only reason I can think of that they loose from all of this but they set the price and we paid so its fair game. Buy 1 get 1 free Big Mac. I can just eat one and throw the other one away if I want. Other than that, can't find anything that negatively hurts them. One less passenger and one less luggage to worry about on the second leg.

I crossed the entire city, from the Asturias motel to Guarulhos, just to arrive when my flight was minutes to close.
