I did meet some amazing top-quality girls at Scandallo also. However, I had to wade through a bunch of bad ones to find the gems. They all promise GFE services until we got into the room, then a high number of them reveal themselves as some low-class street hookers.

This is quite the opposite of the Clinicas. Your post suggest that your sample size at Scandallo is not small either. All the guys I've met in Sao Paulo who went to Scandallo all loved it. My experience at the Clinicas is that a high majority of the girls delivered on heir promises. The key is to interview the girls to make sure they will provide the services you want. The questions asked are important too. Make sure to be as specific as possible. So for example, instead of asking if she allows DFK or not, ask her instead if she likes kissing, "você gosta de beijo de lingua?" Also, if you like to eat pussy make sure to also ask that as well. I have been burned a couple of times where the girl did not want to be eaten. Its also not a bad idea to ask her if she allows one hour sessions. When you go up with a girl and do not specify a session length, the default in most clinicas will be 30 minutes. Close to the 30 minute mark, the reception will call the room phone and ask you if you want to extend the session or not. This rarely happens but on two occasions I was told by the girls they only do 30 minutes sessions (lucikily on both occasions, each girl did eventually allow me to extend the session). If you make an appointment with a girl at a later date and time make sure to tell the receptionist the session length you want. If still in doubt, I would just ask the brazilian guys sitting close to you. You can and should also ask him about which other girls he would recommand. Do not ask the managers. I find that most managers do not know their girls very well. Besides, what else are they going to tell you when you ask them if a certain girl is good or not. They will always tell you the same thing, "ela é muito bom, ela é muito gostosa". Last but not least, if you have the time, go around and check out the many other Clinicas outside of Moema (Prime, Miruna, Enjoy Spa, Abóbora) and Brooklin (Brooklin, Kin) area.

Are there any differences in modus operandi between a clinica and a prive? I have been to several clinicas in Moema area such as Abbobora, Miruna, Prime, Enjoy, Julia 57. These are the best value in SP, in comparison to the costs of playing in Scandallo.

I don't think I have been to a prive. Have anyone been to a prive and how does it differ from a clinica? Or the two terms are synonyms and can be used interchangeably?

My take on the difference between Clinicas and Prives is their price point and thus the type of clients they target / attract. In the Clinicas, the standard session lengths are 30 minutes, 1 HR, 1.5 HR, 2 hrs, etc. The Prives offer a 20 minute session length. On top of that, prices at the Prives are cheaper than the Clinicas. A 20 minute session can be between 20 to 35 reais and 30 minute session can range between 40 to 80 reais. I've only been to a handful of Prives so its a really small sample size so take what I'm about to say with a grain of salt and that is the girls I saw at the Prives are generally older and out of shape. I say in general because there will be times you will find young pretty thin girls there. For me, with so many Clinicas in Sao Paulo and mostly above average lineups in each of them, it makes it tough to go out the way to these Prives. The chances of finding doable girls are much higher in the Clinicas than in the Prives IMO.

Was just there on Saturday night for first time and all I can say is WOW. If Saturday night under curfew is only Scandallo at 50% or less compared to the past or pre-covid. Then it must be insane in it's prime or pre pandemic.
My friennds and I stopped counting the girls we found hot and want. As there were way too many. And just found it easier to count girls that we would not take to the room. I would say the average girl is an 8 with tons of 8. 5 to 9. 5's. We saw at least 100 girls and the girl to guy ratio was 2 or 3 girl per guy. As Maverick or Mother Goose would say. It was a target rich environment!
We aren't newbie hobbyist either. Between us. We are frequent visitors to Asia, DR, CR, Colombia, FKKs, Tijuana, etc. For optics, we all agree Scandallo was #1 of all our experiences. With a strong dollar, it even rivaled the other places we been to for value.
I'll write a more detailed report later when I return to the states, but the previous reports of the demise of Scandallo is hugely exaggerated. Even with reduced club capacity, covid curfew, potentially less talent pool, it still beats our other experiences. I think our head would explode if we saw the club at its 100% potential in the good ole days.

We all got incredible service from our selections. Maybe we got lucky and picked the right hot girls, but any concerns for lackluster service at in inflated prices were short lived.

We also checked out Moema Prime and Bomboa and while prices are cheaper there, we scrapped plans to check out other boates or clinicas to focus the remaining hobbying time of our trip for more visits to Scandallo. Just a shame they are closed on Sunday, but it'll be a sightseeing day for us and we got other digits of other Scandallo girls for potential outcall at night. We might not need to bother with checking out the outcall website options due to the amount of digits of hot girls we got from our 1 night there.

They do close at 9 pm due to covid-19 curfew, but the girls and crowd just adjust and come earlier. We were there from 5 to 9 pm and it was hopping at 5 pm on Saturday. For the night owls or party hardy crowd, many girls move on to connections, their sister club, but we didn't go as we were still travel fatigued and satisfied after our first dip into SP garotas. We wound down our night with a quick trip to Bomboa as it was on the way back to our hotel. Cool place for locals and a nice place to chill. But it doesn't hold a candle to Scandallo.

I know many forum members mentioned reduced hours of operation but for some reason I took the Google's word and went to the club on Saturday around 7 pm expecting club would be open until 6 am. Big mistake! Pandemic restrictions are still in effect, so they close at 9 pm. I thought 2 hours is more than enough to find a girl from countless available inside.

Inside was a total disappointment! All they had open was the restaurant, small smoking area next to it and the small bar. All the girls and guys were packed in the small smoking area with no room to move around. There were may be 30 girls and as many men. Not a good girl / men ratio. Most of the girls were on older side and looked liked hardcore seasoned pros. I didn't see any young fresh faces that I remember from my previous visits. It was hard to scope out and find the one you like when you are in such a small space packed like sardines. I understand we are in the middle of pandemic but what I saw was bad. I thought the club is just taking advantage of their reputation. May be it was a low business day, maybe earlier that day was better or other days are better. I will visit another time later this week and see I if the club is any better.

I spoke to 4 girls and all of them 30 and above. It felt like I was in a shark infested water with the danger of getting chewed up if I dare commit to room.

I never felt the need to speak Portuguese to get by until today. The setup was such I struggled to communicate in English as most girls didn't speak English. I better learn Portuguese!

I just had couple of drinks and left.

I hope the club gets it's old self soon. If anyone planning to visit based on pre-pandemic reports should adjust their expectations considerably. My original plan was to visit the club as many times as possible during this trip but based on what I hace seen I will try one more time to see if there is improvement.

I am in Rio now. I planned 2 night but I have already extended by 2 more nights based on my experience at Solarium Monday. I will post report in Rio thread.

Thanks for the report. I'll make sure to keep my expectations low. It doesn't seem like they'd lift those restrictions anytime soon, as covid numbers haven't been decreasing.
