Having been to both, I will say if you liked Hong Kong, you will like Scandallo. Both are over the top, premium venues, the best in the area. A few differences I have noticed having been to Scandallo four times and Hong Kong twice:

Atmosphere: Hong Kong has more of a strip club vibe, with the girls dancing on the poles and the foam shows that you mentioned. Scandallo has more of a nightclub vibe, and the place is larger so it is possible to find somewhere quieter if you want to talk to a girl.

Waiters: My main complaint about Hong Kong is that the waiters were way too pushy with drinks, especially if you had a girl sit down with you. In Scandallo, the waiters will not annoy you constantly.

But overall, both places are awesome and I recommend anyone visiting to stop by and check the place out, even if it may be a bit over your budget. Every guy should experience what it is like to live like a King at least once in their life. On another note, it is a bit of a bummer to read that the talent level is not what it used to be, but hopefully once this pandemic is over, things will get back to the old normal.

As WyattEarp said, there are indeed places like Scandallo. Including right there in Sao Paulo itself. Places like Cafe Photo, Bomboa, and Connection. At least when they were all open that is. The difference is that I have never been to a nice club of the size and scale of a Scandallo, and just packed to the brim with hotties! I mean, I have seen some babes in there you just have to see with your own eyes to believe. I mean, I'm sitting there looking at them, and I still can't believe my own eyes!
