Is this expansion going to go over well with the city? Do the current owners have an implicit understanding with city hall?

I seem to remember when they first tried to open up Scandallo (under a different name?) they ran into some issues for quite a long time. This project will seem to make Scandallo a bigger target for moral warriors. Just curious.

I do not think they would proceed without knowing. Anyway, the hotel is a separate business name just like Bomboa and Cafe Foto, the hotel is a detached business.

Total newb inquiry but what is the functional difference between a clinica and termas? I understand the clinicas to be the smaller harder to find of the two. Here is my knowledge tier.

Boates: high end nightclub where mostly 8+s compete and many of them escort as well.

Termas: bordello with bar and spa, chat area? Lineup? Somewhat similar to FKK setup dare I say?

Clinica: AMP style with most having around ten girls working, cheapest but also presumably lowest quality.

My most exp is with AMP setup after living in HI a couple years. I would be more inclined due to my personality to use escorts but I know they can't be reliable.

You are pretty close but:

Termas exist in Rio not in SP. SP has only CLínicas and Boates. I do not know if Rio has CLínicas. And CLínicas are NOT hard to find in SP. There are at least ten mentioned in this thread like Tangará, Brooklyn, Abbobora, Miruna, and Enjoy just off the top of my head.

Choose your poison by time of day and dollar tolerance.

Day = Clincas. Night=Boates.

$300-400 - one amazing night of decadence at Scandallo. Or 5+ visits to the Clinica.

If you are used to paying US prices you have enough money to fuck till your dick falls off at the Clinica. I'the recommend Scandallo above all else if you have the coin.

That is a surprise to me, considering Scandallo is already pretty big and modern. I wonder what they are going to add to Scandallo, as they already have a restaurant, outdoors area, and onsite rooms. The only thing I could think of is an Airbnb-like rooms, where guests can rent them out for a few nights. That way, you are literally right next to the club and can easily bring a girl back if you click well.

Makes sense. Any club that wants to expand, now is the time.

They are expecting more girls with many places out of business to come work probably but clients will be not be so keen spending so expect lower pricing by girls. 300 R like back in old days with the exchange near 6.0 it is tempting but safety also on everyone's mind.

They are building a hotel next door. But the rooms they have now you can rent out for the whole night had you wanted to.

Mexico is still open. The hard part is getting a hotel room, but you can cross into Mexico freely. I have done it twice in the last 3 weeks.

There is action in Brazil, Thailand and Colombia as well. What I was talking about is the sex industry being fully open, boates, clinicas, termas etc.

Correct me if you think I'm wrong but I believe that Brazil will be the first country to have its sex industry up and running post covid; even before Thailand, Colombia or Mexico.
