This Sao Paulo trip has completely changed my perception about clinicas / casa de massagem. For the most part of my visits to Brasil, I have mainly been a Rio guy and its termas and boates. The few times I did visit Rio's casa de massagem, the sessions were all below par to the termas and boates. Hence I avoided them like a plague. This years trip however was different. I flew into Sao Paulo for the first time ever instead of Rio because I found a great roundtrip deal on COPA. My last time here was at least 4-5 years ago so I thought I'd stay here for a couple of days then head my way to Rio. Well, now the couple of days has been turned into 20 days.

Thanks to forumcutuca and google map, I have been on a tour of the clinicas. So far I have only visited the clinicas in Vila Mariana, Moema, and Planalto Paulista, 9 in 3 days to be exact. There are a few that didn't fit my taste, a few that had 3-5 girls that I would fuck in a heartbeat, with the rest being in the middle. The amazing thing is I've barely scratched the surface. Visiting each new clinica and the delight of discovering a hidden gem has been almost as fun as the sessions with the girls itself. So far all the girls were good to wonderful, thankfully. I'm looking forward to checking out the clinicas in Brooklin, Morumbi, Tatuap , etc in the up coming days..

To explain the difference between Clinicas and Privées in São Paulo we have to go back 30 years when the first clinicas opened, there was service massage and HJ only. With the time more and more clinics went into real sex, always charging separate fee for the complete services. There are still very few clinicas who operate this way. Today a clinica is only a better place to have sex whit more comfort. But each clinica has his own policy so better get informed before you bang. There are no many English speaking girls or staff.

So if you want special services like DFK, BBBJ, ANAL and CIM better go with a local to explain to the girl what you expect.

Privées at the beginning were cheaper but the quality was bad compared to the clinicas. Nowadays there are privées as good as clinicas and vice versa.

I just flew into Moema today. Tomorrow take care of some business but I'm here for 2 weeks and looking forward to taking the tour myself. Can you give any names of favorite girls or maybe best clinica experiences overall. I'm staying in Moema so it would be nice to walk to the locations. I'll probably go to Tangara at some point because it's gotten so many recommendations here, but that means an Uber or metro ride.

How English friendly were these places? I imagine most of the girls speak no English but maybe the receptionists were helpful? I have google translate and imagine I will have to use for most of my stay but if you had any good English experiences I'the love to hear. Good list. You only left out Clinica Analia Franco in your Tatuape group. If you are in that area it's worth it. Also, Mooca has some like Piramide which is very near Maytreia. There are many others but those are the best.

Red Way and Clinica Yankin, both near Largo Ana Rosa, Vila Mariana are best options in this region.

In terms of clinicas in Brooklin / Morumbi, the main ones to visit are Brooklin and Kin Center. For me, Brooklin has gone downhill in terms of girls (range and quality) and Kin Center has gone up. It would be good to get another person's view. I still visit Brooklin when I'm in town but haven't sessioned there for several years. Other options to try in that locale are Espaco Morumbi and Cancioneiro. These have less choice and are more hit / miss in my opinion.

I use to be a frequent customer at Brooklin, now the quality of the girls went downhill, I think is not worth visiting this place anymore.

Drawing from my limited experiences at the clinicas of Rio and SP, I find them to be completely different in terms of the vibe and atmosphere. Someone here earlier mentioned that visits to SPs clinicas are meant to be enjoyed not rushed. Well, rushed is how I felt when I was at the Rio clinicas. Maybe it was because they were located in centro and always seems to be full of clients that I felt pressured to make a choice right away. The entire experience felt too much like a factory assembly line, if you know what I mean.

The clinicas here in SP on the other hand have a much more relaxed atmosphere. Most of time there were only 1-2 other clients at the presentation area. And a couple of times I was the only one. The exception is of course Tangara. Both of the times I've been there (on a weekday and Saturday) there were quite a few clients. But even so, it still felt chilled to me and not rushed. I even saw several people just sitting there and having casual chats with the girls, much like the termas in Rio. And all the receptionists have been nice, which can contribute to the overall experience.

The problem is (and it is a good one) there are so many of them and I only have so much time. I have been trying to visit at least 3 new clinicas each day in between my sessions. Well yesterday was a Sunday and that disrupted my routine.

I should say that I'm highly biased on thick big booty dark skinned toned morenas. My personal view is that Rio has more of these type of girls in the P4P scene then Sao Paulo. But I had no trouble finding a few of them by the second day.

I've been to several incalls in buildings with a desk reception in Sao Paulo. As I said, they were generally in the nicer areas of Sao Paulo. I would say it's common so I would be flexible and just expect to be asked for identification.

Yes, most the top level incall escorts stay in the nicer areas Jardins, Moema, Bela Vista and so on. Their buildings will have concierge desks where you will have to give them identification. Some will scan it. There might be the rare escort who operates out of a dumpy building with little security, but that's probably not where international visitors are going to wind up.

This incall protocol might bother some mongers, but it's quite business as usual.
