I've been to several incalls in buildings with a desk reception in Sao Paulo. As I said, they were generally in the nicer areas of Sao Paulo. I would say it's common so I would be flexible and just expect to be asked for identification.

While it's common for an escort girl to operate out of the building, the security desk certainly knows that many men who the girl doesn't know are being let up to the apartments. Just sayin'.

Leading to Tangara now at 4 pm

I'm reaching to Tangara. Wearing black T-shirt. Code word. ISG.

    Anyone there meet me.

This incall protocol might bother some mongers, but it's quite business as usual.

The girls I visited were in buildings with merely passive security or none at all. One odd characteristic I found in Rio is that when you make the appointment the girls will give the physical address of the building, but withhold the actual suite number until you have arrived and notified them via Zap (see attached images).

This can happen in Brazil. Sometimes it's best to book a double and tell the desk you will have visitors. Stick to the hotels where people here have had good experiences.

The truth is that "it depends" on the building. Most (probably not all) airbnb offerings in Sao Paulo are in buildings that have 24 hour front door security (called portaria). The manner of security enforcement varies from building to building. Some buildings actually require visitors to present an ID and the security personnel note this in a log. But some buildings have an intercom and the visitors announce who they are visiting and the portaria call the tenant, and the tenant can verbally authorize the visitor to enter, and that's it. In some buildings the portaria visually identify the residents and do not question them if the resident enters with company. So, there is no rule, it varies from building to building. Unfortunately for a visitor, this level of detail is not easy to ascertain in advance.

I stayed at 3 different Air BnB properties my last trip. One was an apartment on Rua Gloria in Rio I rented for a week. There was a guy who hung around front during the day, but it was up to you to let yourself in with the two keys you need to get in through two different gates. The next was a cottage in a compound in Parati. The host's brother met when I arrived and I saw her once later on that evening and then never saw either the host or his brother again. That was it. In SP, I rented a room in an apartment off of Consolacao with a cool guy and his mom (where else do you get a room next to the Metro Paulista at $12 a night). Obviously, I didn't try and take a girl in there. I didn't need to with one GP running a studio nearby and Savoy Palace a short distance away. Anyways, the always different person working the door gave me a cursory greeting at most when I came and left, since I had a key into the front door. My host gave English lessons in his home, so he had a steady train of people coming and going. He just buzzed them in and they just came upstairs.

I've recently stayed in hotels and Airbnbs in SP. I preferred the AirBnbs. You can get pretty nice places for good prices, with great amenities. Both the hotels and Airbnb's required guests to check in, and one hotel even charged me a tax for the guest. If you choose an Airbnb get one in a secure building rather than a house.

Registering the girl at a hotel or AirBnB apartment building is unavoidable in Sao Paulo or Rio, but no big deal. I usually get to know the desk clerks and joke with them that I'm looking for action. The Brazilian guys working the desk check in more programa (escort) girls than you could ever imagine. Even if there is a woman who happens to be working the desk, most of them just do their job without judgment. Us older guys might get a "hmmm" from an older woman working the desk, but nothing to care about.

Do you guys think I should get a Airbnb or a Hotel? Are all Hotels Guest Friendly. I'm think about staying in the Grand Hyatt to do my mongering.

The hotels I stayed at (mid high end) were all guest friendly but requires the girl to register at the front desk. I tried just confidently striding for the elevators but no dice.

It's not a big deal, but if trying to avoid colleagues a love motel may be better. Or just go onsite at a Clinica or Boate.

You will probably be better served in a hotel. Many GPS will not attend in private residences or Air BnBs. As for girl friendly, never met a hotel in SP that wasn't. From the Fasano on down.

    Hotel in Sampa.

Depends how long you want to stay, if for one or two stay Ina hotel, for longer periods of time better consider AIRBNB.

If you choose the Hyatt because your office is near, OK.

But if you are here to play I would stay in MOEMA, were the majorities of the Clínicas are located.

    PM for details.

    ABG.
