    Guarulhos options?

Am familiar with the SP options but does anyone have any good addresses near or in Guarulhos? Did a search but only found mention of caferomany from 10 years ago. Thanks.

Will report back if I can make it to any places.

I had dinner here, a few drinks for myself and 2 drinks for girls and ran up 600 (wow). I must say I was amazed by this place, it has a modern 5-star hotel feel, and the check-in area has a (Western) Country Club vibe. The place is properly huge (4 x 4 in Rio doesn't even come close). I kept finding new area throughout the night. There were more women than you could imagine, really, all types and sizes. I don't think the quality is higher than other places, but nicer and more expensive outfits, and this would be the only places some of the classier girls would go. However, despite the numbers there were not too many exactly my type. I found one girl I really like, but after talking to her for a bit, turns out she asks for 800 an hour plus the room fee, so 1000. While the girl who was exactly my type from the night before quoted me 1000 a night. I know these can be negotiable, but she didn't sound very amendable to it, so I just tipped her and went our separate ways..
Scandallos girl's seem to dress better, many look like they go to the gym, not gin.

I saw her first in SP in 2017 and then again in Rio in 2018 and her English had improved out of sight from moving to Rio. She said it's because in SP she really had no English speaking clients so didn't speak English, while in Rio had many English speaking clients so she spoke it often and her English was better. So understand what you are saying. My frustration with Athena was more because I thought she could have made the effort to use the translator herself. Anyway, it's a huge city and she probably gets lots of business so she doesn't need to cater to what I want (I was told though that the girls charge more when they know it's a foreigner).

I've also found a few on the escort sites who can speak some English (probably 10% or so), but none really to my liking if I'm honest..
Last year I contacted Luna, cel: [Telephone Number deleted by Admin]. She speaks very well English and the rate was are $ 250 in your place.

    I agree 100%!

If you are in the best city for mongering, why border with amateurs, it's going to be a matter of money too!

I'm always able to crack the wait staff up wherever I am in Brasil when I order my beer "estupido gelato".

Ice = gelo (like jello). Actually pronounced more like J-Lo as in Jennifer Lopez (yes I will have a coke with J-Lo please!)

Ice cold = gelado (like gelato).

Not to be confused with when you or the weather are cold (frio).

I guess you can say that in general when you get to smaller cities the are often a little more friendly. But that said, if you have a little language skills the gate to heaven opens. I have been a lot in Rio (the sate), Minas Gerais and in the North east and I have not had any similar experience. But on the other hand I do get around with my Portuguese. I have only been in SP for really short stay for business meeting, so can't really say. I will how ever try out SP monger scene this autumn (October or November) and get a first hand experience. So good to have this forum to lean on.

Some older guys might successfully work social media, but there are always economic incentives in the background.

It sounds like that sarcastic Brasilian guy, might have been a bit of a prick. If I joke around with a guy like that in a bar, I usually make them feel welcome. I would also say that in my limited experience Brazilians are friendlier in the secondary cities like Curitiba, Porto Alegre and Belo Horizonte. I don't know the Northeast.

This topic always pops up on all the boards on ISG and every sex forum. Picking up civilians can be done, but with limited time and the wide availability of pros it doesn't make sense for most.

To follow-up my own post, I visited Tangara again today, and Susan confirmed that the price will increase starting this Friday to R120 for 30 minutes and R170 for 60 minutes.

Incidentally, when I visited Yankin, I think those were the same prices there, which have increased since the last time they were reported here on the forum.

    Good Advice

Not that there's anything wrong with that.

ABG and others are right. It's hard to break into a group conversation without an introduction and fluency in Portuguese. As a general rule anywhere around the globe, if a girl speaks English she will be curious in Americans. If you are speaking to a buddy or a bartender who knows some English, you might look around to see which girls listened in and reacted. Don't automatically dismiss the Brazilian guys who speak English. Brazilian guys enjoy hooking up their fellow planetary brothers.

It's not easy, but hooking up with "civilian" girls can be done. I would also recommend creating a work backstory that brings you down to Brazil and allows you to tack on vacation days. You don't want to give off the vibe that you are hunting.
