What are good places to go on Sunday and Monday nights in Sao Paulo?

I know that Tangara, Brooklin, and Miruna (and I think also Ceci and Yankin) are open during the day. From prior reports, it sounds like Casarao is pretty quiet on Sunday. Is that the best option for Sunday night?

Monday I would go to Yankin, and Vani´s Way in the afternoon.

Yes, with a translator the girls will figure out you're a foreigner and might ask for more money. A translator app will not know the nuances and text slang. I try to negotiate the price if I know from gpguia or elsewhere her normal quote. Sometimes I say I know that's not the normal rate and ask for 90 minutes at that rate. Many times that's agreeable. Kind of a win, win. She makes a bit more money and I can enjoy the moment longer.

True, yes, I was told by an escort who I've seen in both Rio and Sao Paulo that it is all locals in SP. I saw her first in SP in 2017 and then again in Rio in 2018 and her English had improved out of sight from moving to Rio. She said it's because in SP she really had no English speaking clients so didn't speak English, while in Rio had many English speaking clients so she spoke it often and her English was better. So understand what you are saying. My frustration with Athena was more because I thought she could have made the effort to use the translator herself. Anyway, it's a huge city and she probably gets lots of business so she doesn't need to cater to what I want (I was told though that the girls charge more when they know it's a foreigner).

I've also found a few on the escort sites who can speak some English (probably 10% or so), but none really to my liking if I'm honest.

What I did find was via other apps, a lot of girls who were 'working' and spoke English. Part time models, students, instagram girls etc, higher class girls who charged more and didn't want to have their photos on escort websites but were confirmed to be escorts by a girl who I was speaking to (who also fell into the category of student, part time model and sometime escort). My guess is that it's probably impossible to find these sorts of girls without an intro, or being a local. Likely debatable if they are worth the money.

I spoke with her last time I was in SP and I was quite busy at the time and she was sending me messages in small lines that were quite hard to translate. I asked her if she she could either write in one big message or alternatively if we could use English instead. She didn't like this saying that we were in Brazil and she didn't have to use 'my' language if she didn't want to. I explained to her that it wasn't really about that, it was more that I was the client and having to make all the effort to translate her messages when maybe she could have done it to help move things along (if she was wanting my business). She probably didn't understand what I was trying to say, but can confirm that she doesn't speak English and actively doesn't want to use English it seems, even if it's just to communicate with a client.

I also took this to indicate poor service, so won't be contacting her again.

Athena actually has a very good reputation. One should expect that most the girls who say they speak English only make small talk and pillow talk. Sao Paulo is not a tourist-oriented mongering destination. The girls make their living with local men. You are not dealing with an executive of a multinational business.

The rare times I have come across a totally English-fluent provider in Brazil were girls who generally have worked in Europe.

For any English speakers using Whatsapp, make the effort to translate in and back from Portuguese. Don't expect even an advertised English speaking provider to know how to read and write in English with clarity.

Just to confirm, the high end clubs like Scandallo have girls that will be similar to what I see on clubmodel or mclass? IMO you should also try clinicas like Tangara, where you have a porch you can talk to the girls before the action.

I went to Tangara today around 1 pm. It was probably too early, because only a handful of girls were presented to me. I chose Juju, a 19 yo from SP, good looking, slim, natural body. The service was like 6-7 (most part, I'm probably to blame, because of the low stamina lately), but still had a good time with her. 150 well spent. They are going to raise the price to 170, some time in April. Still very cheap, specially if the Real keeps going down. Tangara seems to be quite gringo friendly, because the receptionist tried to start the conversation with the google translate. I found it quite awkward and continued the conversation with my fluent Portunhol.
