Got to SP after spending a week in Rio. I always stayed in Moema which is very convenient for visiting clinicas. For a change I stayed in an Airbnb in Jardim Paulista. Nice and safe area to stay, close to Casarao but you have to take Uber to visit Moema clinicas which is not that convenient. I plan to stay in Moema in future even tough airplane noise is a issue but walkable to many clinicas.

Huge TV, (I never watch TV, LOL) dysfunctional layout except the desk / balcony is glass enclosed overlooking most of Sao Paulo. Beautiful. Bed is extremely comfortable. I have done both and you can't even compare them. It's completely different leagues. In BA there are no Boates and clinicas. There's even not a great outcall scene imo.
