Long time member and it looks like I will finally make it to Brazil. For a usa citizen to apply for a Brazil visa is complicated. I have applied and 3-4 weeks if all goes well I should be on my way. I have studied the reports and I have a good idea were to I will spend my time mongering but as this is my first time I could use some help on what area to stay. I don't need a high end area but I like outside cafes and things to see while walking. Any suggestion would be appreciated. Thanks.

Was only there a couple of days I didn't even get to stretch the surface but I stayed in Moema no complaints a lot of restaurants in walking distance, spots short Uber away. My favorite spot currently is Brooklyn. But I hit tanguara 200, Ken or kilt IDK what it's called, enjoy and mirunas. I'll prob head back beginning of may. S / and comparing 4 x 4 to Brooklyn is comparing apples to oranges it's about your preference same goes for comparing SP to Rio. I personally like SP more a lot more options and good food LOL. S / o the wingman that got me started appreciate it bro.

Are there any hotels that effectively double as brothels, or the other way around? Or maybe just a place with a lot of working girls at the bar? Or will they be overpriced?
Also I've got a quick one night stay at the GRU airport en route to my destination. Thinking about booking a girl but also wondering if there are any prices or clinical close by.

Several sites recommend this hotel as girl friendly, but I don't know if they all just copy each other. Anyone have any insight? Mercure Sao Paulo Augusta Hotel, Rua Padre Joao Manuel, 202.
Or any other suggestions for something both upscale and girl friendly? I'm not set on any area of the city.

It's cheaper than the most expensive clubs (Scandallo, cafe photo and Bomboa) I think entrance is 120 most of it being consumable and the rooms I think cost around 100. The girls charge around 300.
Half the time I couldn't find anyone I liked to go up but I'm picky.
It is the best boate in the region though. There's no other mid to high tier club in the vicinity so if you can't make the trip to cafe photo or Bomboa which is 20 minutes away I guess it's an OK option.

Did anyone try the Barao de Limeira 134 or Sao Josao 563? Is it possible and save to go there without portuguese knowledge?
