Thank you for your response and advice. Regarding the phone, that's a bummer. In the DR, it's as easy as hopping off the plane, stumbling into a Claro and getting a SIM. In and out in less than 15 minutes. I guess I'll have to do more research on how to get a local number. Am I being wise though? It's worth having a local number right? I guess my mind just goes to the worst case scenarios. I imagine someone unscrupulous having my actual number, sending it to their buddies in the States and paying me a visit in the night. I may just be crazy.
As for lodging, I was thinking of the Mercure SP Alamedas, Grand Mercure SP Itaim Bibi. Ex The Capital, Tsue The Palace Flats as well. The AirBnB prices just seem too good compared to staying in a hotel. I "walked" the streets via Google Maps to check out the neighborhood and while it seems safe, I figure a private AirBnb with self check-in would be preferable.
Ha, well I guess my Dominican Spanish won't go a long way down in the SP. I'm not Dominican but learned way more than I should have during my trips to Sosua / Santo Domingo.
I did have some follow up questions for anyone who is inclined:
In regards to cash, is it better to bring USD and then exchange or withdraw from an ATM once there? Both propositions seem risky if exchanging or withdrawing too much money at one time. I am leaning towards bringing cash and exchanging as I don't need my bank cards being locked when I'm down there.
Also, in terms of pharmaceuticals, can you just walk into any pharmacy and request? Is there a special name for see-alis down there?

Girls speaking Caribbean Spanish would be extremely rare in SP. Google translate will be your best friend and if you can speak Spanish, then understanding Porto is pretty easy. Speaking it takes some practice.
Good luck and have fun and do post some reports.

Is there a way to buy a Brazil sim card without having CPF? I just need it for 1 week. Low data is fine. Are there little shops that sell SIM cards that don't ask for CPF?

Posts: 34I've been to Rio & Medellin, but I've never been to Sao Paulo. As a fellow monger, can someone help me decide if Ill like Sao Paulo more than Rio / Medellin. I do it all. Sometimes I invite a girl to my place through tinder / IG / etc, but mostly I go to the massage spots or pickup / strip club scenes.
-Which if the 3 generally costs more for the mid-top range girls, or its about the same? I felt Rio & Medellin was about the same, but no clue about Sao Paulo.
-I'm more into lighter skinned girls. Are there more or less in Sao Paulo compared to Rio?
-Where to stay? I don't need an expensive luxury hotel, but a mid-high end Airbnb may do, under $1800/ mo.
Open to meeting some of y'all. Get you a couple beers when I visit. Cheers.

And you can sign up business WA to get the local phone # WA onto your primary phone as well.
Lodging: For your first time, any reason a hotel like the Mercure chain (GF friendly, most hotels are) won't do? Cheaper and less hassle with finding out if guests are ok, etc.
Communication: I'd say from my limited experience, more people speak English in SP than Spanish, Google Translate all the way (I'm learning Porto for my return trip).

These girls. Once they put a mask, something unleashes inside of them.
As my theater teacher said. Actors tent to assume the personality of the mask.
Hope you like these action screenshots. I know how to produce powerful images.

Gentlemen,
It's been a pleasure to read the last 50 or so pages of this thread. I laughed, I cried, I got hard, LOL. It's been a while since I've mongered outside the States since the jaws of Covid upended everything. In the past, I've had the pleasure of traveling to DR extensively, to Panama City, Costa Rica, Curacao and to Colombia. However, father time doesn't stop ticking and my usual travel companions are on lock down. As such, I'll be solo and I've decided perhaps a nice last rodeo would be Brazil. Always a distant land in comparison to the quick 3-5 hours flights to the Caribbean or Colombia. However, the allure of the famous Brazilian IoP (Illusion of Passion) has me itching.
As a first timer and rusty monger, I'm going to keep things tight and close to the chest. I'll be visiting more of the known places.
Clinicas:
Miruna (A Must), Prime, Palms, Abbobora (Viviane), Taj Mahal, Ora Spa, Tangara (Best Sex), 57 Friends, Enjoy Spa, Yankin.
Boates:
Scandalo, Casarao, Bahamas, Bomboa.
A major shout out to whoever created this map. It's been immensely useful and would love to buy you some consumables at Scandallo.

I plan on being there the first week December and am beginning to formulate a proper game plan. However, I did have a few questions for the more seasoned veterans.
Phone:
I just can't imagine myself giving my US telephone number to any of the girls and as such plan on buying a used iPhone SE (2nd Gen) and buying a eSim Data Plan from Airalo. I'll have my main phone on me but for mongering purposes I can use the local Brazilian number.
I assume this is fine?
Lodging:
I would love to stay at some of the 5 star hotels mentioned on this site. However, when priced out over 7 days it's expensive, as the youngsters say, AF. An AirBnB would be much cheaper and honestly more preferable. I plan on staying in the Moema area and renting an AirBnb close to the mall.
Does anyone see a problem with this? Ideally, an AirBnb that is girl friendly with minimal hassle to get girls up would be the best. If anyone has any recommendations, I am open ears.
Communication:
Do Brazilian girls only speak Portuguese? Has anyone noticed if they speak Spanish; particularly Caribbean Spanish? If not, I'll have to go down the Google translate route, which is fine.
I'm just starting to round out my itinerary and looking forward to the trip.
J.

Has anyone been to Curitiba, Blumenau and Florianopolis? I've heard good things about these 3 cities, but their threads seem to be inactive. Are there good looking escorts?
