Had a great visit to Tangara this past week. I like the layout of the place as it's sort of an open garden with 2 connected houses on many levels, including patios and courtyards. VANI'S Way: Here again was another disappointment for me. There was lots of fanfare on ISG about this place, so I decided to go check it out. Got there and didn't see a single tute I would do. My verdict on Sao Paulo is that it is an excellent place to monger with more choices than a horny monger could possibly handle during a relatively short visit like mine was. At the same time, I have to say that I still prefer Rio for the following reasons. First, Rio is simply a more beautiful city than Sao Paulo is. Room service quality was uneven, and occasionally the housekeeping a little lazy and lax. For you light sleepers out there, the hotel is located close to Congonhas Airport, and the noise was quite evident from about 6 am In the morning on into the late night. That didn't bother me too much, but it could some others. To the hotel's credit, besides the location, is that they never gave me any grief about bringing in "guests". I did that several times, and each time we just walked past reception with no questions asked. They also allowed me a late check-out at 3 pm No problems, which I appreciated.

The bottom line is that although I liked Moema, I would not choose the same hotel again. Simply too many issues, including a crooked taxi driver parked out front who too me to Avenida Paulista when I wanted to go to Enjoy Clinica! Of course, with it being my first time in Sampa, I didn't know he was going way in the wrong direction. I did notice the old fuck wasn't using GPS like all the other taxi drivers I had ridden with had done.
