A great big thanks to ABG for showing me around!

We met up at Miruna where the line up was good, despite the bus strike, and I had a great time with Nate and Alina. Both of them of the slim profile as commented by ABG in one of his earlier posts. Nate was definitely model looking and Alina was sexy with great, great service. Both of them 9-10's for me. ABG, your comments both of them were invaluable and spot on.

Vani's Way is a diamond in the rough, you can have great finds there like Rafa and Paula as ABG mentioned. There's no way an ordinary person would be able to find a place like this.

Akaru was also good. Seriously everyone knows ABG and he gets to wander around the place like he owns it! Whatever type you're looking for, after hearing a few comments, ABG is going to be able pinpoint exactly what and where, and bring you there!

Thanks Jason, I hope you having a great time in Rio. BTW the names of the girls at Miruna are Naty and Aline.

I had a very good season with MANU at Miruna and a second good one with Thas Mulata at AKARU.

Seems like everyone is going to Akaru and Miruna in the afternoon'ish? Forgive my ignorance, but I thought these things in South America only get started around 11 pm to midnight? Is it somewhat different in Brazil?

Also are those on the wiki page any good, scandallo / millennium (which is apparently the big one), the kilt, my love or Casarao?

Would anyone know anything near Parque Severo Gomes as all the above seem quite far away.

Miruna would be the nearest place. Starts at noon and closes at 9 PM.

If you read the previous pages of this board you will find a lot information about these night clubs you have mentinated.

From guru ABG's posts, understand there are two places Akaru and Miruns where a non Portuguese speaking can have fun. I am on Sampa for three nights.

Reached Akaru around 3.45 pm. There were about 10 girls in lineup. Manager Takoma was not there instead there was another friendly lady manager. Wanted to wait for some more time. But then I spotted another girl sitting on the stairs in the inner room who was not part of the line up. Took the girl to an upstairs room. In the room she mentioned that her name was Thais. Then I remembered ABG's recommendation few days ago. Thais is awesome. 20 yo girl with excellent attitude and friendly nature. I completely enjoyed my one hour with that cute girl.

Wondering whether there are any other recommendations or whether going to be around to show me the ropes? Drinks on me!
