HOTEL / AIRBNB.

I stayed in an airbnb for most of my stay in the moema area two blocks away from the Ibirapuera Mall and boy did I want to kill myself.

It was cool to see the planes fly overhead at night.

Felt like a sort of dystopian sci fi setting but shook the rooms a bit too much and just a nuisance.

I get that it was natural given the circumstances and all but it was unpleasant. Like a shitting dog.

My airbnb required I check in every girl I brought up. Seems my host was a real **** and a half. My buddy also had a airbnb in the same place tow floors down from me and he didn't have to do anything. After awhile I just took the girl straight to the elevators. Seems the girl receptionists would say something but the guys would just let me go.

Really annoying and even some brazilians get some hard time from the front desk too if they werent signed in and stuff like that. So condos act like hotels so you need to be aware of this and make sure you read the rules for your airbnb stay.

I spent two nights in the presidential suite at the grand hyatt during lollapalooza weekend so interesting time. Security was up the wazoo. Fan girls were camping outside to get a glimpse of me it seems. The room was massive with a nice big outdoor balcony, living room, two king beds and a shower with a jacuzzi. The bathroom alone was bigger than my airbnb.

It was fun to live like a dictator for a few days. You are allowed two other guests so I brought my friend along and he stayed for a night and even brought a scandallo girl over and had a great time on my dime. You get free breakfast brought up to you but you have to place the order. One of the weird things I experienced was when I was having lunch in the restaurant with my friend, this lady who I guess was 35 or something like that kept looking at me as she would walk around the pool area and go to the bathroom. It seems she wanted me to wave her over. I know renaissance hotel has working girls in the lobby / bar area but never heard about them in the grand hyatt. It was just odd. This lady would do this like 5 times making it more obvious each time. Maybe she thought I was one of the headliners for the festival as I was dressed up a bit and I don't look brazilian. Either way I felt weirded out and knew I was going to lose my wallet or kidney if I let this lady in my suite.

Being from miami personally I am tired of the same ol' same ol' latinas. There are alot of good looking colombians but they are all: tanned, straight black hair with some tattoos and brown eyes.

With Brazil and SP I like the variety that comes with being the biggest city in South america! Some highlights for me are.

Before pandemics, the ruling taxi apps in SP were 99 and Easy Taxi. Now Uber may be the only app. From my apartment on Santo Amaro, a Uber to Cafe Photo costed R12-15 (3 to 4 bucks). A Uber to Scandallo starting at R35 at 11 pm (7 bucks) up to R60 (12 bucks) around 6 am (Two nights I literally closed Scandallo, see vertical pic).

In one of those many day and night Uber trips without companion, I had the chance to talk to the drivers. They all coincided that driving at night is much better than the day. In terms of income and more relaxed driving. Together attached a few screens from those night trips. As you can see the city is quite and pacific, at least in the neighborhoods where boates are. There was a radio station I listened a lot on these ubers, it was 101 FM. Great international and rock music.

Some of those drivers had real good fun conversation (mostly men in porto) a few of them had in 17 K trips on record, and there was one who worked with easytaxi and 99 and he claimed he had 10 K more on each.

One of those guys was a "tour guide the putaria" o guide of the sport, and mentioned the Muchachos Bar, saying there were great girls at superb prices for locals. I could not check it this time. He was so enthusiastic about it, that it sounded to me he gets commissions for the passengers he takes. So I didn't let my low instincts take control, it was way to late around 4 am and already had my sex dose.

I've been to both Medellin and São Paulo dozens of times. As well as other cities in both Brasil and Colombia. Not just Scandallo, but a few of the other top clubs are way better than anything Medellin has to offer. Loutron? That places sucks.

Colombia does have the big advantage of being half the travel time. As well as speaking Español vs Portugues.
