Street view is from 2013, it's the building with the parking lot, but it has been renewed completely. I have visited the place and confirm adress.

I finished double checking all the places of the southern map south of Santa Fe, here my comments. As it's the most dangerous part of Bogota, I would definitively delete all the fuzzy information, incomplete addresses, clubs were no sex is offered, etc. It would be irresponsible to send a visitor in Bogota to this part of the city if information is not reliable and double checked.

Great facilities in a three store building: huge nightclub with pole dance,(cold) jacuzzy, sauna, 2 big public rooms but also a few private rooms at additional cost as it's also a motel. Saturday for couples only, Tuesday Wednesday, Thursday and Friday open also for single men. Pricing is 40 000 for couples and 60 000 for single. Great plus of this place is that for nights open to single men, there are up to 5 working girls, so sex is guaranteed.

Addresses in Colombia are as follows:

The street it's on, followed by the lower numbered cross street, followed by the number of meters from that cross street.

Example: Carrera 15 #103-37. Look on Carrera 15, just north of Calle 103,37 meters north of Calle 103 you should find the address. The higher the last number, the closer it is to the next street.

Carreras run north and south, Calle run east and west. On Carreras, odd numbers are on the left, facing north. On Calles, odd numbers are on the left facing west.

Yet most taxistas I get in Bogota have zero clue how to find any address? House taxis at the hotel I used to stay at were the worst. In your example above my taxistas would drive up and down calle 103 looking at addresses. Not talking one or two guys. I am talking 60-75% of them. I would say. . . "we are not even on carrera 15 yet, so why are you looking at addresses"? They would say "I know" but continue looking. They would stop and ask people etc. I would insist the business I was looking for was BIG and not located on a street but on the carrera. One guy dropped me off at a junkyard. Or at least he tried to. I looked at street sign and neither said either carrera 15 or calle 103. I asked where is carrera 15 and he starts driving again. I gave up and said take me back to hotel. My customer had to do the visit solo. The guy locked up brakes every time we stopped at light and I hit my head on the roof of the car 7 times. Thank god there is Uber now.
