Most of them have zero to limited English. My Spanish is OK but it helps so much when you're meeting and setting things up.

How is it safety wise? Before it was warned not to walk by yourself at night. To avoid muggings. Is it safer today to take a solo trip?

No, I don't 'feel better'. I tried Taormina and it sucked. And yeah, you can maybe cruise around for the entire evening with your wrinkled 100 bill at the ready, ready to take a stranger to your cockroach infested budget room and hope you get the complete package - looks and great service, but it's a crapshoot, rarely happens and saying otherwise is bull. It's not just my experience. I've read the reports and people leaving because there was zero acceptable talent. Over and Over again. A fruitless pursuit from Tao to Sportsman's and home alone. When I was there I couldn't even find someone acceptable in the looks department let alone personality and service. Please.

I probably overpaid for the wine the woman I saw last night drank, the food we ate and the 4 star hotel we stayed in in some people's minds. For me, having everything in place, not wasting my time and instead savoring the total experience (looks, service, personality, environment) is priceless.

I have mongered for almost 40 years in multiple countries I don't need or really think about anyone else's approval and my self-esteem is intact, but thanks anyways LOL. I happen to make enough money it's no big deal. I rarely come on here and thought I'd share some pics that frankly are different than the usual basura I've seen.

I know their jobs or what they're studying. I speak and write decent Spanish. I know about some of their families and seen the photos of their jobs and lives. As I said, one was in Europe with a client last week so no, they are not slinging pussy at Taormina. You can pretend they're all going to show up at there and rather than engage in some pointless, endless ISG thread about it, I'll leave you to your delusion.

Hey, I know some of them. And I know there are some that take in higher prices than the average chica at Taormina. It is all about opportunity, marketing, timing. But, your main point, it is what works for you is absolutely correct. And I have absolutely no problem with paying anything that you and a chica agree on.

My point was that these chicas all come from somewhere in terms of their chosen side line or whatever it is for them, and if they come from San Jose they probably got their start in some of the less than stellar (as you see them) locations. The fact that they have found ways to get more bucks from what they offer. More power to them. I, for one, don't agree with the cheapskate thinking of many mongers. And I think that finally the idea that $100 is excessive is changing. When you know anything about the cost of living in CR you soon realize that $100 is nowhere near enough for them to support their families, etc. Assuming average working success.

And on the prices. If you were talking of prices per day or extended periods of time perhaps not so crazy. But on a per date basis about 2 to 3 times going rate it would seem. Except in Jaco, where $150 may be more the rate than $100.

But if you think they are totally different than chicas in San Jose think again. Most of these girls work both, most are from San Jose, and most would be equally familiar with the venues there. But thinking they are "higher class" or better makes you feel good, so good for you.

The night before I was leaving for CR the owner of the Air BNB I was staying at sent me 'the Rules' which were NO female guests whatsoever unless approved in advance by the owner.

So I messaged him to give him the names. I had been writing these chicas for months. They had regular jobs or were University students. They weren't hookers from Taormina. The faces match the bodies. I'm a sucker for a cute face.

But NOooooooooooooooooooo. He freaked out. Told me I had to ask for a refund and I had to make a last minute change.

I've had much better experience setting this up in advance. All the chicas I've been with have been GFE (or promised it), except the first one pictured (1,2), who I actually cancelled with because she wanted more money for french kissing. I was already going to pay her 400 for the day so fuck that!

I found the one asian in CR haha (pic 2,3)... She's super cool, cute AF, awesome GFE, no rush, lots of cuddling, but I paid 300 for the date so she was not cheap! Had a similar experience with an Airbnb where they give you the full "rules" when you arrive. This can make it very awkward as it is sometimes not possible to get a refund if you want to go somewhere else. In my case I had my "guest" fully registered with me when I made the booking, and only had this one guest, guess you could say girlfriend, but even then we had to confirm it with the registration people when the guard would not initially let her in. Once they got to know who she was and that she was a registered guest, no problem. This Airbnb was a condo that also had rooms they put out on various platforms. Possibly unsold condos, or a part of their business plan, I'm not sure.
