I went to the Taormina last night (Friday night), for the first time, and was truly shocked and amazed.

As my Uber pulled up to the front of the Taormina, I saw at least 15 chicas standing and milling around the front. About half of them were not bad at all. After hurriedly getting out of Uber, I damn near tripped over the curb while trying to scope out chicas.

I washed my hands (like how we have to do at Sportsmens) and walked inside. Got my temperature taken. I saw three chicas sitting on a sofa in the front lobby. One of them I took noticed of because she was my type (spinner, cute face and nice sized bags).

After walking past the casino part and entering the not so big bar area. YOWZERS. There were a SH*TLOAD of chicas in the bar area. My estimate was 25+ chicas with less than half the amount of dudes present. A few of the chicas were my type too. But one, closer to the bar, had an extremely phat and shapely ass that went well with her body.

The spinner that caught my eye in the lobby walked in. We locked eyes. She walked over. And the rest is history. Back to the room we went. BBBJ (I didn't even ask! FS (many positions!) and a relieving release. Showered together.

What is the bar scene like outside of Taormna? Do they have social distancing rules and capacity restrictions? What is the Sportsman's like. I am thinking about coming down in a couple of weeks.

Are there places near the gulch to get the required Covid test to return to the US? How long to get results? Has anyone had any problems returning? I understand the test must be done within 72 hours of boarding the returning flight to the US. If I do on Friday and return Sunday, does that mean I can get the test done in the US on Thursday and still return on Sunday (only 48 hours in CR) using those results?

Technically, it's 3 days. Not 72 hours. Get a rapid antigen test, and you'll know if you can return before you leave.

That's a news. Unless something changed recently, I have always been able to take a duo upstairs even after registering them at the front desk. They have never said a word about chica fee. May be if you ask in a formal way, they get greedy. As I said before, I got a huge discount when booking in person rather then online. Last time I got the room for $60 flat that I usually pay around $90 from Expedia. I have also stayed at Barcelo and has been able to take the girls without any issue. However Barcelo is a bit far and has a not so friendly vibe for mongering.

Taormina is my favorite hotel in SJ. I am never charged a chica fee there but I have not been there lately. I have also found their rates to be much cheaper when walking directly to the reception rather then booking online. They seem to cut out the middleman fees plus some more. My last visit, I only paid $60 for a nice fourth floor room. YMMV.

Hi there, has anyone stayed at the Taormina Hotel recently? I am coming to SJ for super bowl weekend and staying there. I heard it's like the new HDR. Someone also told me that bars close at 9 pm now. Is that true? Also does anyone know how much they charge for the guest fee? TIA.

Taormina is my favorite hotel in SJ. I am never charged a chica fee there but I have not been there lately. I have also found their rates to be much cheaper when walking directly to the reception rather then booking online. They seem to cut out the middleman fees plus some more. I have not stayed there, but recent info is that, yes, it is open. Curfews and hours and capacities are changing frequently due to health regulations around Covid. Last check bars were not open at all, only restaurants which may also serve alcohol. Guest fees were either equivalent to $10 or $15 US, but again this number may change with everything else going on.

And it is not the new HDR. Recently, and up until recently, there are a few chicas in the bar (if the bar is open). But the most I ever saw in there were 5 or 6, the hotel in no way wants to be the new HDR, and in reality is trying to get away from all of that totally. That was the direction they were going before Covid. A non-monger hotel. They have put the pause on that direction as the current customer base are mongers.

I have never been charged a chica fee there and have been going since day 1, was there in early Dec and always 8-15 girls there, some quality.

Taormina bar is open, and yes is the new HDR.

There's chicas from Monday to Sunday.

The bar opens from 14:00 to 22:00 during the week.

Close at 21:00 during the weekends.

They are currently working with 50% capacity due to covid BS. And that is the only reason why you will find 10-15 girls inside and another 5 making a line outside trying to get in.

But there will be many more as the covid BS goes away.

For now is like in the past; ugly old women at the Sport Men and beautiful tattooed chicas at the Taormina.

The Taormina shares their Casino activities on their respective websites and social media; but does not share anything related to the bar for obvious reasons.

A little while back, I was here and noticed on the bottom floor near the food courts they have 2 or 3 sex shops. It is a regular mall, but a bit for the normal income class of San Jose, and not as much an upscale place like the mall in Escazu. Anyway, I went to the food court and noticed girls browsing the sex shops. I met a 20 year old university student kind of petite and asked her if she liked the shops, why she didn't buy etc. Knowing of course the reason being she doesn't have the money.

I also, speak enough Spanish for conversation, but always have google translate too. Anyway, I asked her what she would buy and we went shopping and I bought her a toy and a nice sexy outfit. She was happy and came back to my apartment and demonstrated her skills. I spent about $50 on her and gave her another $50 as a thank you after and to get home and get food, but she did not ask for extra.

Arrived 2 am Friday morning had shuttle from Sportsmen's waiting on me as I walked out of airport. Well worth the 30 bucks at 2 am. Be prepared to be able to present your health form bar code when going through immigration I recommend taking a screenshot of it to keep on your phone. It took about an hour to get through immigration. As stated earlier I started a Tinder account and had some good contacts there. The first day I had Andrea (or Silene, Or whatever her real name is.) she came early afternoon. She states she is 19 I'd say 23 or 24. Not that it matters.
