Which is best Medellin or Costa Rica? I am interested in hearing you guys thoughts.

Apples and oranges, actually. San Jose is closely situated and relatively safe. In Medellin, you may have to drive pretty good distances for a quality casa. Lots of cheaper activity in Medellin, but very sketchy areas to worry about. You have to know where you're going, or team up with someone who does.

Never been to CR. I've been going to Dr for years. I'd like to know whats included when you pay in the massage parlor?

Is there anything that you'd have to pay extra for? And whats up with tipping? Not a big fan.

Although it is curious (when checking the list ) that the letters - HDR - are not really on the list of abbreviations - but it's pretty much taken for granted - that everyone who has been there- knows what, and where the HDR is.

I had strayed away from Idem for several years. Mostly because it was frustrating with their unpredictable operating hours, but also because they were more expensive than closer-in options. But, I have been there 3 times over my last 2 trips. And each of those times were FANTASTIC! As a result, they have moved way up my list of frequent establishments. I have found a few gems (both Nica and Tica) that just rocked my world. The recent line-ups have included many pretty and even beautiful chicas and the three I was lucky enough to select were as tight as an 18 year old with no babies. SCORE!

But like Mangera.....I do not get the display philosophy. I tend to sip a drink and wait to see if they go to the back in order to get a good look at their figure. If they do not move, I will call one over for a drink. Fortunately, I have never been disappointed with my selections.

I was there several times this week and they open at noon. And Roberto, the manger, confirmed that.

I have been to Idem a few times on previous trips. I have a had a couple of good hits there with the same girl. However, I don't understand why the girls must sit against the wall as if being punished and being put on timeout

I know they are allowed to have a seat next to you, but only if you call them over. I just wish they could move around a bit on there own, this way we could check them out a bit better. I am going to ask the manager the next time I am there as to what is his thoery behind this set up.

When I was there the best line-up was just when they opened at 3. In fact it was the best line-up I have ever seen in SJ.

Me and another BM had heard it did not open til 5p, so we went across street to Relax and did 30 minute sessions. A few other BM's were with us, but did hour sessions, so me and him walked outside to wait and noticed the door to Idem was open at 3p. We walked in and were immediately in Shock as they had 5-10 BEAUTIFUL ladies waiting. We sat and had beer and were pissed, because the ladies were very hot and we did not bring funds for an Idem session too.
