i realize my san jose experiences are limited and totally anecdotal, but of the half-dozen or so ladies i've asked for email addresses, every one of them had one and supplied it to me. i've witnessed literally dozens of ladies surf the net with lightning speed at the sportsmens lodge. i also doubt zepplin's assertion that "most can barely read or write." perhaps this might be true of the dr colombianas (i don't know, as i rarely frequent the dr), but costa rica has a 90% literacy rate, and i have yet to encounter a tica who couldn't read or write. inherent in these kinds of assertions is the assumption that these p4p ladies are essentially ignorant, even stupid. i beg to differ...

I doubt they can read English much less log in and view pictures. Of ten del ray girls I talked to none had email; none even know how to set up an account. Most can barely read or write.

More than likely one of our own is to blame. We got the same problem on the stateside board from time to time. Damn shame.

I owe the chica network credit for whatever measure of success I have managed to have from one session to the next. I think it is critical to understand what makes them click.

I had one chica jump up and down and come hug me when she saw me again this week. She reminded me how I had given her Christmas presents to take to her kids two and 1/2 years ago, and she went around telling the other chicas how I had been her "Santa."

I've got to disagree with you violently on this one, Z. The Del Rey is the most romantic spot on the face of the earth and these chicas are the most wonderful girls I've ever had the privilege to meet!

Mon and Tues were much better than Sun. So many places closed on Sun, just not as many options. But back to HDR I went, because I was limited on time and only had an hour or so to play both days.
