I totally agree with doc and blue about various other countries. I've been here several times and always enjoy it and still do. That being said, after a month in southeast asia recently. Not my first trip. I have been spoiled.

In the two days here, I have had great sessions at Zona Blue and Idem. Never had even a so so session at Zona Blue. I will branch out a bit now that the edge is taken off and check out a few of the cheaper places looking for the gem of a flacca that I so enjoy. Thanks Blue for the other massage place directions.

The problem I am having is going to BM and Key Largo. Key Largo at least has great music in my opinion at night. In two nights there, I have spotted exactly no women whom I've really wanted to be with. Grant it, several have turned my head, touched my thigh (and more) and promised me the moon they could never give me. There have been a few Colombians that were stunning but they are so stuck up. Why bother when you can go to Colombia?

If you are a first time visitor, this place is a bit of heaven compared to what we have in the states. But for me, it's much better than Tijuana but doesn't hold up against southeast asia and the places I have been to in South America.

Perhaps I just need to get out of the gulch and go to the hot springs, the beaches or jungle. One thing I really like about Costa Rica are those options. Thank god for options.

Great report, Blue Jazz, and thanks for that good information. I have been to Colombia and Brazil and Argentina, and while I have my share of fun in CR I agree with you that those other places are definitely at least a notch above. Maybe not Argentina, that's a close call for me.

After failing to find ZB last night my buddy and I went to the BM. There wasn't much there worth picking, but I did manage to find a tight spinner Tica named Alejandra/Alex. She wanted 100 and I offered 80, which she reluctantly accepted. Nevertheless, her service was excellent, and yes, Blue Jazz, the session did end significantly before the hour. But she was good. BBBJ and DFK. I'd repeat....maybe.

Off to Arenal tomorrow and some other non-mongering places, so I'll get back to you all when I return to SJ, or actually when I get to Jaco. I don't think there will be any action in between.

Doc, Zona Blue is literally two blocks from New Fantasy on the same Avenida 9. It intersects on calle 3b and if you go in and speak to Eddie, he can give you the skinny on finding the right girl for you.

Remember that while if you stay at Zona Blue which is pricey (at $195 a night) the rooms are very nice with mine having its own sauna and the girls are only $20 an hour while you stay there. It pretty much pays for itself if you have three girls in the time you stay there. Plus you don't have to go anywhere. Otherwise, it is $50/ hour. If you go to a local site and pay for the membership, it may save you some money. For competing reasons, I can't get into much details but let's just say its acronym is CRT.

Musas is a place just up the road on Avenida 7 and around calle 3. It's not very pretty and the girls are a little rough but an occasional gem. At $14 for hh, it's a bargain.

If you continue on avenida 7, just after calle 1 on the left hand side, you will see 70E otherwise known as "the dungeon". At $10 for hh, another bargain but you may have to visit several times before you find a gem.

In general, I find the girls who are from Nicaragua to be the easiest to negotiate and give the best service value-wise. Not the prettiest. That would be the Colombians but you won't get any at those bottom prices. Plus, the service is not equal to the price so if you are just looking to pound the prettiest girl and willing to pay for it, well. The Colombians it is. Ticas are often a mixed bag. They can be great or they can really be hardcore pros.

If you have mongered in Argentina or Brazil or Peru or Chile, chances are that you may be a little disappointed in the one and done mentality unless you negotiate multiple shots ahead of time or extended time or todo la noche.

Hope this helps a little. Go to Panama or Colombia instead. You have a better time and better girls! Sorry, Costa Rica has not impressed me very much and I'm sure the locals are happy to hear that I may not return because the girls are much happier with their guys who finish their hour sessions in less than 25 minutes.

To start, I never breezed through an airport as quickly as I did this one. I swear, I was out of there less than fifteen minutes after getting off the plane. Immigration and customs was a breeze, I prepaid the taxi, got cash out of the ATM at the baggage carousel, and booked.

I´m staying at the Presidente, as I did a few years ago. It´s still good, and thanks to the advice of a brother on this board I got around the dress code simply by making friends with the security guard. It´s been said many times: A little Spanish and a smile go a long way in any Latin country.

My first night I went to IDEM, and found the same girl, Anna, a Nicarauguan (sp?) that I last saw about five years ago, last time I was here. She didn´t fail, and I had a great time. I got her number for her to come to my hotel another time, and this seems to be pretty easy to do in the MP´s and clubs here. IMHO it sure beats the Blue Marlin, which is getting more and more like HELP disco in Brazil! Too much hussle for me, and I haven´t seen any great lookers there (yet!).

On day 2 I asked the taxi to take me to Zona Blue and he took me to New Fantasy instead, saying that it was the same place. I knew it was bull but since I planned to go to NF anyway I went in. Had a great session with a light skinned spinner named Monica. They offer half hour sessions for just US $20. The hour was $45. Go figure.

I´m still trying to find ZB, and the cabbies don´t seem to know it. If anyone can tell me where it is or if it´s in walking distance or an address I´d appreciate it. I´m using a public internet here and there´s a line, so I don´t have time to hunt it down.

On a non sexual note, I went on a tour of the Poas Volcano today, which in my opinion was a waste of time. Not recommended.

I was able to get one to go for $30 -$40 USD plus a beer & taxi. for the best part of two hours.

I saw many who were led away for the shiering and returned to the bar within an hour as I sat with my amigos and enjoyed my beer, banter with the girls and the parade. Carnival may have been canceled on Ave Segunda but not at the DR or KL

I suggest a walk around town to the other MP'S. Had a a few new young spinners for under $15 bucks and some for $40. Try Europa 2000 and see whats under the counter

I was even able to find a 23 year old (with both natural breasts & bbbjcim) to join me at the beach for a few days. $35 per day plus travel & meals.

Brazilman, They are all asking a $100 or more but $60 to $80 is still very availble at Del Rey with negotiation. Many MP's and outher options at lower prices. Presidente is still popular but very picky on thier dress code and Sportsmans Lodge is also very popular with mongers.rbc100

The mall San Pedro prices are very high and the selection is not of the newest technolagy(sic).

Small hard plactic vib cost $20.00 plus USD.

The girls like the new JELLIES and smaller pocket size hard pastic vibs.

Just bring a lot of condoms: to a girl they enjoyed the toys as long as they had a rubber on to.

Once you come in the main entrance, take the corridor to your right, continue walking you will cross an intersection. Continue. Pass Tommy Hillfiger. The corridor dead ends at the shop. You have the option to turn left but don't. Once inside, make a left turn and head to the back through the curtains, you have arrived at "Paradise". The staff will make suggestions on what's hot and what's not. I picked up a mini 5 inch vibrator that the chicas just love, the salesperson suggested. I asked if she could demo it for me, she declined. At least this time. This place seems to always be packed with women too. Enjoy!
