It is Winter time in CR. It has been really wet lately.

80's during the day with sporatic showers.

    The Weather Channel

Same as El Salvador. Which I want to go to.
Basically there is two Seasons in Central America. Wet and Dry. My book says rainy season is from May to October. But the rain is mostly in the evenings.

Weekend before 4th Jul - Part II

Went back to DR after not finding Jessica and after my Wingman finished up. Went to Machu Pichu, San Pedro, highly recommend it. Ceviche and Lomo Saltado and Imperial. Went back to DR. Wingman went and took a nap while I picked up an afternoon delight back to ZB. Found Jessica. I just love her. Tight little girl. She just rocks my world as she steps on my back and massages me to heaven. BBBJ, mutiple pos. Damn, had to give her a tip. We were supposed to leave on Sunday to go fishing but my Wingman decided to watch EuroCup instead and leave on Monday. Went to pharmacy to look for prescriptions. Went back to DR and waited for my buddy to return. He came back around late. We headed over to Key Largo and watched my buddy get wild with a girl. I picked up #4 for the night and was in bed by midnight since I had set up a session for 10ish in the morning. Did not want to miss it. #4 was a thin, young girl with a crazy demeanor. She saw I had a camera and was posing like she was trying out or something. Anyway, CBJ, multiple pos, end mish. She wanted to stay the night but I tossed her out. No tip, I finally came back to my senses. End of Day 1. More to come.

    Weekend before 4th Jul - Part I

Arrived 10am Saturday morning. Met wingman at DR. Had a beer to mellow out. Went straight to ZB after that. Feet somehow guided me there with thoughts of Jessica. Picked up card. Didn't find her. Found two others, Kristi and? With cute little schoolgirl outfit. Had twosome to break in card. Talked to girls and they treated me like a pornstar boyfriend. They were all over me and all over each other. Three way kissing and lots of grabbing to start off even before we were ready. Lots of DFK. Finally found our way to shower. Had both of them clean me while I cleaned/played with them. I Luv tongue piercings. Ahhh. Moved over back to bed. We got the bigger room. I guess when you get a double they need more space. Girls tried to massage me but they couldn't keep hands off each other or my private parts. It just turned into one massive mix of DFK and BBBJs. To misquote, "If you have the means, I highly recommend it. " Multiple pos. One servicing, one on top. One behind me taking care of boys while I worked it. Etc, Etc, Etc. Finished with DATY and BBBJ and CIM. Ahhh. Girls both came hard and extremely wet. Had to tip them after that excellent job. This is the way to start your first day in San Jose. More to come.

My buddies and I ( 3of us) booked the ATV tour from the DR and we had a BLAST !! By far the best thing we ever did. We spent about 3 to 4 hours and went up the side of a mountain. I highly recommend you do this.

    Agreed, assuming you're doing onesies.

If you're staying at the ZB and doing chicks at $20 a pop, you do at least two at once.

That's the benefit of ZB IMO...I'm cheap and would probably not pay $100-$200+ for a twosome outside of ZB.

Plus I personally don't like doing chicks in MP booths. The spacious ZB rooms are well worth it for me.

If you stay in Sportsman's Lodge or some other hotel in the area, You can always visit ZB during the day, and if quality doesn't meet your desires, just walk out.

ATV and miscellaneous (just a thought)

I might suggest that these types of discussion threads move over to the Travel Plans & Announcements or General Information thread.

In other news, Eduardo from Zona Blue has been e-mailing me and I am tempted to spend a whole night there ($195 not incl. taxes), but the main issue I have with the idea is committing. (You know how us guys are about commitment!) Their website is still under construction and, as I told Eduardo, I have no personal experience on which to base my decision, nor are there any pictures of girls, etc.
The Forum has lots of articles on ZB, and there are other internet sites where you can get reports as well. However, at the end of the day, it's "iffy" -- hit or miss. Some guys loved ZB, others "so-so". The other concern I have is that I'm not the spry young rooster I used to be - not sure there's any real point to spending that kind of $$$ (probably will be close to $400 when all is said and done) when all I will be able to generate is one, maybe two shots. Especially after having been in Jaco the night before. :-)

Speaking of which, I'm not even sure that I'll come *back* to SJO from Jaco ... I could stay in Jaco an extra night and just skip SJO altogether on this go-round. Another commitment dilemma - LOL. I haven't spent a night in Jaco before, so I don't know if it's going to be a situation where I'm GLAD to be getting out of there the next day, or whether I'll wish that I had stayed another night. Unfortunately, with hotel reservations handled the way they are, I think it's risky to "wing it" and just figure it out as I go, and risky to commit my credit card for a 2-night stay in Jaco if on day 2 I decide I really would rather go to SJO.

Not looking for any responses here (even me...this isn't a "real report" ... probably should put it in another thread myself -- sorry guys! I'll make up for it next month after I do my duties!)

    Cheers.

From what I was able to find, the one to go to is http://www.atvtourscostarica.com/ They pick you up at your hotel and the fll day tour is from 10 am to 5 pm with lunch included. According to them the site is about 45 minutes from San Jose.

I was curious about that tour too, but not so much about the contact info. Where in CR is San Manuel? Did he really mean San Jose or Manuel Antonio or somewhere else?

The biggest ATV tour specialist that I know of in the SJ area is Paraiso Adventure Tours www.atvtourscostarica.com. Their website mentions breathtaking views of both the Central Valley and the Pacific but no waterfalls. Their rates have also gone WAY up since I first heard of them and they now charge $115 for the full day tour that leaves at 10AM and $70 for the half day tour that leaves at noon. I guess you could blame high fuel prices but how much gas can theose things really go through in just a few hours vs. those sorts of tour prices. Anyway, I know lots of guys who have used this company and rave about their tours.

The big ATV outfitter around Manuel Antonio is probably Fourtrax Adventure ATV Tours www.fourtraxadventure.com. They now also offer tours out of Jaco and Fortuna (Arenal). Their tours run $85-95 for 3-3.5 hours depending on which location you're doing it out of (the Arenal one id the slightly cheaper shorter one). And their website does mention visits to waterfalls, however I haven't heard of anyone personally who has actually used them unless this is the one that 1943 is talking about.

There are also similar ATV tours all over CR (as 1943 suggested) leaving from various locations such as Monterverde, Corcovado etc. but those are places the average monger is less apt to be visiting, except of course for Jaco. There is yet another tour company out of Jaco that again I don't know about personally but which you might want to check out that has ATV trips that include waterfall visits: www.ricaventura.com including a 4 hour one for $100 and a couple of shorter 2 hour ones for $65 each.
