Some of you may remember my Maria from last July.

Maria told me that I should expect a call in a couple years for the money to fly down to Florida, where she'll come to live with me forever. She thinks Florida would be a better place to live than New York.

This most be "forever" in the life of a fly. I am dumbfounded that she would reveal her plans for the pilot, then attempt to sell you a story. Well, I would let her move down, and operate with caution. I might even put her to work for the mortgage payments.

Can you do me a huge favor? Can you ask around and see if you can find out what happened to "Jamie" and if she's still around Del Rey. She worked there about 5 years ago last I saw her. The Del Rey was pretty empty when I stopped in about 2 PM. Just the way I like it.

I decided to dollar-cost-average my chica fees by hitting the MPs out on Paseo Colon. I figured if all
else failed I would have a nice lunch at Machu Picchu.

On two trips in the past I had not found Oasis open, but it was today. Might as well not have been. I could

Given the four options you presented, and considering that you want great beaches, I think your first choice should be Brazil (Rio) and a somewhat distant second should Columbia (Cartagena). IMHO Rio has the most beautiful women and the world's greatest beaches. Brazilian women love sex, too; almost every encounter is a GFE. Downside: Rio is rather expensive these days for Americans, given the decline of the dollar, and Rio can be dangerous if you don't use common sense (e.g., don't walk alone late at night, don't get too drunk). Rio also has a plethora of mongering spots.
